I woke up confused as hell after my 3 hour surgery. I don't even remember being rolled to my room - 211 - where I stayed for 55 hours being cared for by an amazing group of nurses. Many thanks to Bonnie, Cindy, Bryeanne, Molly, Charli and Marianna for taking such great care of me. My only regret is that I wasn't able to eat any of the food that was delivered to me because the pain meds and everything I was taking made me lose my appetite that even just the smell of the food made me want to gag. I've never seen so many doctors waiting around to help someone. They were patient. Listened to her and she's a stroke victim so she's a little hard to understand. The ER was great, the Cath Lab was great and getting her up settled into a room in North tower was great all of her caregivers and nurses were fantastic. There was one gentleman one individual and I can't remember his name but he remembered her from her first trip there and people in the in the ER also remembered her and that was really cool because I have a season pass to Las Robles having older Parents. I expect to be back very soon for my own mother and I appreciate everything that los Robles has done in our lives.

The physician indicated they wanted to do CT scans and xrays, i informed my still conscious mother and she said NO, while still not having been given first aid. Now as her legaly designated P O A (person of authority) i reiterated and gave further instructions as to what are my mothers wishes in this circumstance. They had me removed and treaspassed from the property, then subjected my mother to massive doses of multiple (16) xray treatment sessions, They are a teaching hospital, clearly they forcibly deemed my mother a good project to demonstrate various things to their student physicians,,, After 2 weeks i was able By the grace of God able to get yer away from that horror house,, they dosed her with at least 2 mind altering drugs and tried to imply and alter my families perception of her actual mental capacity to make her own choices. The doctors even perjured theimselves and wrote false narative of events saying that "the son had to be removed and APS was notified and he was arrested" The only abuse that took place was during her being imprisoned against her will at that hospital. I was not arrested at all. Yet they put this falsehood into her medical record. Thats all the short version of what occoured,, we have evidence to support all that i refer to here. Right now just focused on the recovery from being abused and not being treated acording to medical standards or legal ethical standards. Recomend anyone avoud this hospital or any hoapital affiliated with their parent corporation.

I will never return to this location for ER, urgent care, or primary care services…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Neha Amin and Charge Nurse Carlos P. During my visit, I felt that my symptoms and concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was not feeling well at all and came seeking answers regarding significant inflammation, pain, and signs of infection that were right on my face ! From the beginning of the visit, I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. According to the visit notes the doctor wrote , she advised she "offered me " a CBC test but yet did not do her job or care to do her job so that was a lie . no testing / ultrasound or xrays , bloodwork was performed here . Yet kaiser has the audacity to still bill me for this USELESS VISIT When I respectfully asked if another physician could evaluate me, I was told that I would need to be discharged and check back in, which was frustrating because they weren't going to check me back in which they directly told me ! I repeatedly expressed concern about my symptoms and asked if anything could be done to determine the cause of my condition. I was practically pleading with them and was emotional I was told that because I was not experiencing a life-threatening emergency, there was little else that could be done. While I understand emergency departments must prioritize critical cases, I left feeling unheard and without any answers. I was ultimately forced to seek care elsewhere. I went to Exer Urgent Care in West Hills, where I was evaluated and diagnosed with shingles. NOT COMMON FOR A 26 yrs old . Prior to that, I had only been advised by them that I had a swollen lymph node. I also have an issue with documentation in my medical record stating that I threatened legal action. I informed staff that I intended to file a complaint regarding my experience, but I did not threaten a lawsuit. I never had experiences like this at Kaiser facilities I previously visited, including Panorama City. Going forward, I will never come to this location again and will stick to porter ranch location or panorama city , they have such caring nurses and doctors !!! I DO NOT recommend this facility. When I confirmed his name, he responded with attitude. When I asked his role, he refused to answer altogether--which raises serious concerns about transparency. The ICU and PCCU nurses are the good ones taking care of my dad but once he got transferred to med surg - you can't even find any nurses on the floor and there was a lot of empty beds and still can't find staff. Left my dad with a skin breakdown from poor quality of care. The social worker/ case manager was not efficient with discharge planning... discharging without proper equipments at home is an UNSAFE discharge!

While every member of the ICU staff treated my brother with compassion, professionalism, and dignity, I would like to especially thank nurses Eric, Randy, and Olga, ICU physician Dr. Kakal, social worker Heather, and the entire ICU team for the exceptional care they provided throughout his 44-day ICU stay. Each person brought something unique to our family's experience. Olga was a source of comfort and reassurance whenever I felt overwhelmed and needed guidance. Eric showed extraordinary patience and gentleness with my brother, even on the most difficult days. No matter how challenging the situation became, he treated him with kindness and respect. Randy had a special way of connecting with my brother and earning his trust. When my brother wasn't listening to the rest of us, Randy somehow always knew how to reach him. Heather, our social worker, helped guide our family through difficult decisions and conversations with compassion and professionalism. Her support during an incredibly challenging time was deeply appreciated. Beyond providing excellent medical care, these individuals supported our family through an incredibly difficult journey. They reminded us that healthcare is not just about medicine, it is also about humanity. I would also like to recognize the volunteers at the visitor check-in desk on the first floor. They were always welcoming when I arrived to visit my brother, and after his passing, they showed our family tremendous compassion and kindness that I will never forget. He engaged in flirty personal conversations with nursing staff. Terrible! *** Dr. and work staff of visit were good. Communication to patient was a bit off and not clarified....Understanding that their is prioritization, severely extended wait time went unexplained until patient had to ask status. The two males in the imaging portion of the hospital told the elderly patient to put her necklace in her mouth? It could have broken inside her mouth and she could have choked, not to mention a daily wear necklace is dirty most of the time. The two males were confident in their request and acted as if I was out of line, when they went against a standard procedure for many years!
