Hilda guided me through my first luxury purchase in December of last year, and with her help I was able to acquire a new Rolex as a part of Radcliffe's opening special. Not only is she especially knowledgeable about each of Rolex's products, but she is also incredibly kind and was able to help me decide which watch was the best for me. It is apparent that she is focused on helping her clients make an informed decision, rather than being pushy in order to make a sale. Her professionalism allowed me to have the quintessential Rolex purchasing experience that watch enthusiasts dream of. She sized the watch to my wrist perfectly, ensured I understood how to operate it, explained what its warranty card covers, and more. This experience was very special to me and truly the icing on the cake, as I was already purchasing the watch to commemorate the end of a great year full of personal milestones. Hilda has since been able to source for me another piece that I purchased this past weekend and am extremely excited about. Went to Radcliffe with a friend in June that is a watch collector. He introduced me to Trae who gave me a tour of the Rolex watches and explained to me the history of Rolex and their mission. In looking at the watches I really liked the air king and ordered one. I received the call that my watch was in and set up an appointment to pick it up. Trae was not in that day so he set me up with Amad who took me into the Rolex room and went over everything about the watch from maintenance, winding, and even wearing it in water. They couldn't be more accommodating pleasant wonderful people. They have a Norma selection of fine quality watches, and jewelry as well. My sales person Vanessa was extremely helpful. I had lost a significant amount of weight and I had watches that were extremely loose and I brought two other watches in that they adjusted both bands for me as well as a new watch that I purchased, which was difficult to find I might add i highly recommend this jewelry store. I only wish it was in a freestanding building and not in a mall because I hate malls. I ordered another watch while I was there and I'm excited to return. read more

Can't go wrong with Radcliffe regardless of the location. I've been a customer of the company for roughly 20 years now so it was great to find the Christiana store as it's slightly closer to me than the other stores. Meeting Amad on my very first visit to the store turned out to be the best connection I've made since I've been building my watch collection. His product knowledge far exceeded what I typically encounter from a sales associate so I found myself picking his brain about the many different brands they carry there. I narrowed down what I wanted my next piece to be and Amad took my info and assured me that he would reach out to me the moment the watch became available. In most cases you never really hear from a sales rep again but to my surprise Amad called me within a few weeks and told me that the watch had arrived and he wanted to let me know. WOW. He kept his word on calling me and I got my new Rolex. Getting a watch from an authorized dealer isn't the easiest thing to do in today's market so the fact that I was fortunate enough to get one is a testament to the phenomenal service from Amad and the rest of the Radcliffe Jewelers staff.
