Wow! I have no idea where to begin when starting to explain how happy we were to find Huyen. It was through a Google search looking for a Vietnamese caterer who could provide a roast pig, as it is a traditional item to serve at tea ceremonies. Like literally I saw a roast pig nicely placed on a table with all the accoutrements and said outloud, "THAT!"  Upon exchanging a few messages and later chatting over the phone, I knew we found the right caterer in Huyen. We had our Chinese and Vietnamese families attending who have particular tastes, something Huyen was ready to take on. She was able to work with us on our vision menu and items we wanted to serve. Not only did Huyen go above and beyond what we were looking for, she provided TWO ROAST PIGS! Everything was delicious and our guests were happy. We continued to hear wonderful things about the food. We couldn't have asked for a better catering team to feed our friends and family for our baby's first birthday. The food was not only extremely tasty, but visually appealing as well. Although, as the hostess of the party and mommy of the birthday boy I was so busy and was not able to taste every dish that Huyen made - all the guests were raving about how delicious all the food was. We booked her for our Vietnamese Wedding/Tea Ceremony and all of our guests have expressed such wonder on how she was able to create not only delicious food, but also so display everything so beautifully. I was looking high and low for a caterer in Cherry Valley, and since we started planning our wedding a little late, the "bigger caterers" that could do Asian cuisine were all booked out. But I stumbled on Huyen's Instagram and website while doing a deep dive for caterers nearby that could incorporate Asian cuisine as I'm Singaporean...AND I HAVE NO REGRETS! She was so responsive in the lead up to the evening, with a strong attention to detail (allergies, timing, location, etc.) without being boring. She and our waiter were so kind, thoughtful, and fun!
