You have clothing issues cleaners cannot clean your clothing, and the cleaners will not telephone you with the problem with your clothing when you are expecting to pick up the assigned date. The cleaners have your phone number. You have paid in advance. You find out the status of your clothing when you arrive at the cleaner which is unacceptable and your clothing is not there. You have to wait another day to pick it up. Perhaps you were getting ready to travel. The cleaners do not think of others. No people skills. Leave a note on the door when you are coming to pick up or drop off your clothing that they will be back in 15 minutes. This is not acceptable.

About 6 to 7 years ago my wife took a sweater in to have it dry cleaned at their business. She made sure to tell them not to damage the ruffles on the sweater because it was only 3 days old. They took note of the request and took responsibility for the cleaning of the sweater. The sweater came back in tatters. After a long discussion with the owner and them saying it was not their responsibility, we found the original lady that made the garment notes and they relinquished payment for the sweater upon receipt. Now that you have the history, I was just in the Gap Cleaners in the Woodbridge Shopping center requesting they clean a sports coat. The girl behind the counter said that we were not welcome to have our clothes cleaned there due to the notes made by Management in their database. So beware not to use them. They hold a grudge on something they did wrong in the past.
