They are honest, forthcoming, and patient, and their communication was fantastic throughout the entire project as they worked diligently to keep everything on track. Of course, with a full home remodel there are always unforeseen problems. When we hit a major delay due to the HVAC subcontractor, Aaron and Alex worked incredibly hard to resolve the issues and advocate for us. Even though those HVAC problems cost us about six weeks, the overall project still came in right on schedule. Our kitchen designer, Michele, was fantastic and brought our vision to life perfectly, and the bathrooms were designed beautifully as well. The crew--Angel, Asher, Enrique, and Donato--were professional, hard-working, and a pleasure to have in our home. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Wise Builders for their full-service approach and excellent problem-solving.

All prior interior work in our house had been done by handyman. I really appreciated the communication from our project manager Marc. He created a WhatsApp chat with me and the incredible designer Jocelyn. They were both consistently responsive to any of my questions or concerns -- and opened my mind to design options. Jocelyn spent time in our home, drafted plans, took me shopping, and sourced all the fixtures. From her spreadsheet I was able to find less expensive options for some items. I appreciated the input and control I had on these expenses. Since we needed to move out, I had a tight timeline for the project -- mid October until Thanksgiving. Marc and the team did their best despite City of San Jose delays with inspections. We were able to move back in before the final inspection. Every member of the team was kind and courteous. Marc also did a great job working with the window vendor that specializes in older homes. I'm rating the experience a 4.5 out of 5 for two reasons. I was disappointed that the medicine cabinet, switch plates, and hooks were initially installed unevenly (it was corrected). I expected more attention to detail. And I was disappointed in the wear & tear that happened on my wood floors as well as the overall dust in my dining room. I was warned that things would get dusty -- but didn't understand the extent and would have packed away more things. WISE offers lots of support with design -- they could also offer as part of their package a full cleaning! I offer this feedback to help others calibrate their expectations. Overall it was a positive experience. I waited several months to post this review until I returned from travel and could see how things were settling after regular use. I'm loving the new bathroom and recommend WISE.

That said, I knew I'd have to find the `best custom cabinetry shop that could offer me a solution that wouldn't break the bank. After connecting with Z4CC, I was able to consult with Ali and Abdul. My project started with replacing all of my kitchen cabinets, but we ended up tackling my laundry room first. A couple of cabinets had non-standard sizing, so customization was needed to avoid awkward-looking panels to fill in any gaps. My project was completed ahead of schedule and executed flawlessly. Communication and updates were consistent and efficient. We have begun the kitchen project and will add custom storage cabinets to my garage. This experience had been nothing less than impressive.

When we were finally able to move forward, he gave us a fair price for top-quality work and his crew had our new countertop knocked out in half a day--it looks STUNNING. He also handled the electrical work and coordinated the delivery + installation of our new oven the next day, even testing all five induction burners to ensure everything was perfect. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and drama-free. His crew works independently, too--I was out of town one day (unreachable by phone) and they still got everything handled by coordinating with my family. Highly, highly recommend Ali & his team!

Overall, it was a good experience, and we were very satisfied with the project. Roy Haver was our project manager throughout the renovation. During the early stages, I also had lot of interaction with both Roy and Noa Azarzar regarding the scope of the work, project estimates, and other details. It was a very pleasant experience working with both of them. Noa was very understanding and helpful during the estimation and planning phase. She's one of the big reason we decided to go with Brother Brother. We really appreciated her support. There were some issues and challenges along the way, although nothing major, and they were all addressed and resolved. One thing I especially appreciated about Roy was how responsive and accessible he was. He was always available when we had questions, responded quickly, and consistently gave us the assurance that things would be taken care of. More importantly, he followed through on those promises. He also visited the project frequently and kept us updated on the progress. We sincerely appreciate Roy for being professional, responsive, understanding, and attentive to our needs. He made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. I also want to thank Marco, the head of the crew, for his hard work and for helping get the job done. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and would recommend Brother Brother Builder to others looking to have their home renovated.

Really pleased with how everything turned out! From the start, Zion's quote was more detailed than other contractors we talked to, which gave us a lot of confidence that they truly understood the work involved. The team also worked really well alongside our other third-party contractors and designer, making the whole process feel coordinated and smooth. One thing we really appreciated was how they handled changes along the way. When our requirements shifted, they adapted easily and offered great feedback on ways to simplify our design to save time and money. The team showed up on time each morning, cleaned up before leaving every day, and were always respectful and courteous. They made a point to ask questions and check in to make sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. Their attention to detail showed in the finishing touches, and whenever something wasn't quite right, they were more than willing to fix it. The project finished on schedule and mostly on budget. The final result looks wonderful and the quality is solid (the photos speak for themselves). If you're looking for a reliable team for your remodel, I'd happily recommend Brother & Brother Builders!

They aren't the cheapest out there, but once you see the work they do, it's almost a bargain. I did my research and wanted to find something in the middle- quality without excess. I found these guys. My project manager, Elijah was a total professional and also happens to be a real nice human being. His crew is even better (sorry, Eli). They listened and wanted my input. I grew to trust them quickly and started asking for their opinions about various things along the way to help me decide what to do. As stressful at it is to have people in your house everyday making lots of noise for weeks, I'm actually going to miss these guys. I will definitely hire them in future. I already have new projects in mind, and once the money is there, I'll pick up the phone and get to see my new friends again.

Overall, the project went well, and we're happy with the final results. Bryan, our foreman, was a strong asset to the project. Even though he was managing multiple jobs at the same time, his responsiveness and willingness to go out of his way to address our concerns made a big difference. Because we were home throughout the process, we were able to catch issues early and communicate them directly to Bryan, who consistently followed through to resolve them. What Went Well: * The tile and flooring subcontractors were excellent - their craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stood out. * Bryan, our foreman, was responsive to texts and phone calls, listened to our concerns, and made sure they were addressed. He even designed a bi-fold closet door for us, and helped pick up all the material to build it. * Bryan also took the initiative to handle several unfinished items himself, which we really appreciated. * The post-build cleaners were top-notch and left the space in pristine condition. * Throughout the project, everyone we interacted with was professional, courteous, and conscientious. There were no conflicts or issues, which made the experience comfortable for us. Areas for Improvement: * The timeline was a pain point. While we were originally told the project would take 6-8 weeks, it ended up stretching to 12 weeks. * The design process fell short of expectations. Because Prime's in-house designers weren't available, our design work was outsourced. We only received a full design package for the master bathroom. As a result, we ended up creating our own renderings for the other rooms to help communicate our vision to the team. That said, we were very happy with the design and material selections for the master bathroom they did complete. We just wish the same level of attention and design support had been provided for the rest of the project. * At times, resource availability was limited, likely due to workers being assigned to multiple jobs. This led to workflow inefficiencies and delays. Toward the end of our renovation, our foreman Bryan had to personally step in to complete several tasks, such as installing faucets, shelving, and baseboards. He managed to get it done in between site visits and meetings, which we appreciated, but it also highlighted a lack of available crew to close out the project. Despite these few challenges, the quality of the work met our expectations. We appreciated the team's effort and the final outcome.

From start to finish, they maintained professionalism and kept fluid communications during the construction and remodeling process. They suggested bifold closet doors-- saves so much space. You have your ideas of ur new home, but they tweak it to make it better! Love it. On day of demo, we met Jerry, Luis, Jonathan, and Joshua. Jerry and Luis were on top of communication and kept everything on schedule. Jonathan and Joshua were our main guys. They worked every day. They helped with moving our boxes into the storage bin, then started the demo process. How fun was it to see our house completely gutted out in less than one day.. wow. They revamped our home with a stunning remodel--new kitchen, new bathroom, transformed hallway closet space to a new powder room, broke down walls to create a bigger space for our living area, new flooring, complete electrical rewire, new recess lighting with dimmers in all rooms, new attic storage, new closets, new windows, and fresh paint. Everything feels sleek, modern, and functional. Not to mention... we now have an awesome new movie room too! The kids are loving it. Walking into our house now feels like stepping into a brand-new home! The whole process took about 3 months... from demo, to materials pick up, to permits, clean up removal, repaint.
