I want to thank Robert for helping me out with my kitchen floor remodel. This is the second time I…read moream having them do work for me after doing an incredible job my mom's house. Robert was able to measure, and estimate my floor two months prior to the actual work because my kitchen project was taking so long. He knew it was going to take a while and advised me to do it sooner than later to lock in prices due to inventory and inflation issues that could occur. I don't know of any other company in this field that has better service and communication than Abby Carpet. Robert is attentive and is very personable. He let me keep the floor samples for as long as I needed to make a decision on which flooring I wanted. The floor associates at the store were also very knowledgeable and helpful while shopping in store for floor options. The actual floor work was clean and timely. He did a great job making sure not to damage the existing base boards. He actually recaulked them so they look better than it was before. I thank him for that. I will hire them again for any future carpet or flooring needs.

I created a Yelp project, and out of all the quotes we received, Abbey Carpet by Blossom Valley Interiors was the cheapest. I also liked that they came with sample flooring when they came by for the estimate appointment (they were the only ones that did). Coupled with an overall good Yelp rating, we decided to move forward with them. The job was completed quickly and they did a great job. I would recommend this business for any flooring needs.

When it was time to replace our laminate floors and the carpeting on our stairs, hallway, and…read morebedrooms, we compared options at Home Depot and several local carpet stores. A measuring technician came out, took all the dimensions, and directed us to the 1020 W. San Carlos location to review their full carpet selection. At the store, we explained what we were looking for, compared carpet features and pricing, and worked with Dominic--who was very accommodating. His total project cost was competitive with the other quotes we received. We also wanted new baseboards that would match our freshly painted walls and trim. Dominic arranged to have the primed (but unpainted) 16' wood baseboards delivered ahead of installation, giving us time to paint everything before the carpet went in. Tip Our new carpet and pad are very soft and plush--great underfoot, especially on the stairs. Because the new flooring sits higher than the original laminate, our bedroom doors needed to be trimmed by about half an inch. We cut the doors ourselves, but it's worth asking whether your installer can include that as part of the project. Pros * Dominic is a true carpeting professional--he anticipated our needs and offered thoughtful guidance throughout the process. * Both the wood and carpet installation teams did solid, quality work. Cons * Some door trim was scuffed as the installers maneuvered large carpet rolls through our narrow hallway and doorways, so a bit of repainting was needed afterward.

Dominic gives EXCELLENT customer service and depending on your project, great value. He buys short ends from American carpet manufacturers at terrific prices. I needed carpet for 2 bedrooms as the rest of house is hardwood. I got great quality, fully pet stain resistant, carpet for an unexpectedly low price. His team will even move furniture for a LOW price to make it easier on you. The shop on San Carlos isn't much to look at but you'll get awesome help and samples sent to your home. I don't think you can beat this place unless you need continuous carpet for several rooms. Even then, I'd still investigate what Dominic can do for you.

This place is great! Will you find dirt cheap prices? No. But do they have competitive prices,…read morequality materials, experienced installers and a smooth customer service experience from start to finish? ABSOLUTELY! Patti in particular was so easy to work with, accommodating, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, she really was a joy! We did an add-on bonus room that had previously had gross, ancient carpet laid directly over a stamped concrete pad. The installer pulled everything out, cleaned and prepped it all and got the leveling compound done within about 4 hours on day one, leaving plenty of time for drying, and was back at my door at 8am sharp the next day to finish the job, which took about another 6 hours. 10 hours of work and the entire space has been transformed! My children love this new play space and I am confident this flooring will stand up to my doggy running back and forth from the house to the backyard. It looks great, it feels great, it SMELLS great (compared to my carpet, yikes!) and I've been over every inch of it and haven't found a single flaw. If you need new flooring, this place is who you need to visit! Don't bother trying to go with the cheap guys with low quality flooring. Just go with the best.

It is clear that despite my experiences that this business really did care about how the customer interactions and interfaces occur.
