Around 3 my son checked with her and the flowers were not delivers. I contacted the business and the sort of apologized saying they were behind. When asked, they had not even looked at the special instruction section on the order. They did offer a few solutions, that wouldn't work because of scheduling, that's why he did it this day. They did not seem very concerned at the mistake. I have ordered there many times before. However there lack of concern at the mistake leaves me questioning future purchases.

The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous and smells incredible. I was really taken aback at the level of detail and quality of the flowers! You can tell a lot of effort went into arranging the bouquet. The reason I docked a star is because I had requested they notify me with an estimated delivery time so I could ensure my mom was home, but I did not receive any communication of a delivery time.
