I paid for a premium arrangement and my wife received a standard arrangement. In addition, the tulips were full of additional green fluff and not enough "premium". I received a really nice Ficus tree yesterday It could have been beautiful if it had some loving care. This plant most have been shoved in a corner for months with very little attention. The leaves were so dusty they appeared dull. The pot it was planted in was completely root bound and it arrived very dry. I know this will ultimately be a beautiful plant with care but it bothers me that my daughter paid a hefty price for something that had received little attention.
