It's really hard to select a bouquet or arrangement based only on pictures on a website. I called Hand Creations a few days before my mother's burial service and placed an order for a casket spray. I was treated with utmost respect and understanding. They verified the details over the phone and then followed up by email. On the morning of the service I received a text with pictures of the arrangement - it looked beautiful. I arrived at the cemetery and was beyond impressed and grateful at what they had created for the top of my Mother's casket. She would have loved it. I'm sure the same care and attention would be given to an order for any event - if you need flowers, Hand Creations will not disappoint. read more

Highly recommend!! I spoke to Maria over the phone. I told what I needed and she explained to check their website to view the different flower arrangements they offered. She was very patient. I received a really nice Ficus tree yesterday It could have been beautiful if it had some loving care. This plant most have been shoved in a corner for months with very little attention. The leaves were so dusty they appeared dull. The pot it was planted in was completely root bound and it arrived very dry. I know this will ultimately be a beautiful plant with care but it bothers me that my daughter paid a hefty price for something that had received little attention. It would have reflected much better on this business if they had taken the time to clean and repot this tree. read more

I needed the most beautiful flowers I could get for my lovely mom's birthday and I needed next day delivery on a very tight delivery schedule!!! I placed a online order and did a immediate phone call to the store to insure the flowers balloons and chocolates can be delivered in a short window time .I was promised moms bday flowers would be handled with 100% perfection ! I needed flowers quickly and told the florist what I wanted. I told her we needed a racing car theme and told her what my budget was. She sent pictures of what she was thinking and if that is what I wanted. This is exactly what I was envisioning. She asked if I liked it before they sent it out Which I loved. I don't write many reviews, but when I do there's a good reason. This is one of those POSITIVE experiences that I wanted to share.... I live out of town and I wanted to send my daughter and her husband a plant for their anniversary, but needed something delivered the same day. Well, Maria with Hand Creations came to my rescue!! The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and they added some flowers to the plant without me asking. You can tell they take great care and pride with their arrangements. My daughter loved them!! I walked in at 330 on a Wednesday and walked out before 400 with a beautiful fresh bouquet with a giant balloon. This location is next to the freeway, easy to find and with plenty of parking. Additionally the staff was professional, talented and reasonably priced. No gouging here. read more

I ordered flowers for a co-worker. I was not sure if delivery was available due to COVID-19. I spoke with Leticia and she said a no contact delivery was not a problem. After speaking with her, I actually hung up and used the website to order-so I could see all of the beautiful options. The website is user friendly and allows you to customize your order and even the card you'd like to send. The ordering process is easy and although I was ordering close to noon, I could have still requested same day delivery. My coworker loved the flowering plant she received. I was pleased because Leticia took the time to not only email me a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery, but she added a little special touch to it. Additionally, once my order was delivered, I received a confirmation email. Talk about excellent customer service from beginning to end. Definitely recommend Hand Creations Floral! I do not live in the area, but have family who do so I've ordered flowers many times, for birthdays, holiday, etc and they are always delivered on time and are beautifully arranged. The online feature is very useful and easy, but I appreciate that they are just as happy to take a phone order as well. Also, they take special care with delivery and will make every effort to ensure your flowers are delivered safe and to the recipient. They won't just leave them and will call to make sure they are delivered safely and securely. After leaving messages/emails at 3 local florists in the Turlock area, Bloom returned my request. As you can see, the arrangement is beautiful. The price was fair,response was fairly quick & delivered within a day and a half. Florists in my area are struggling as weddings, events, etc. aren't happening. I was so pleased Bloom came to the rescue. Pandemic & all, service and product were just wonderful.

She told me about the Mother's Day flower delivery special Willow was having and I was lucky enough to order and get a delivery spot. The flowers were delivered to my mom's house on Saturday, 5/9. The bouquet is absolutely gorgeous and smells incredible. I was really taken aback at the level of detail and quality of the flowers! You can tell a lot of effort went into arranging the bouquet. The reason I docked a star is because I had requested they notify me with an estimated delivery time so I could ensure my mom was home, but I did not receive any communication of a delivery time. Because of this, my mom wasn't at home and didn't get to see her flowers until a few hours after they were delivered. She loved the flowers when she did get to see them, though!

Great local flower business. Owner and staff are very kind and helpful. I bought a dozen roses for my wife for our anniversary and the arraignment that was made was fantastic. My wife loved the roses and commented on how beautiful they were. The roses were fresh and smelled great. On a side note, as I was leaving with my purchase, I was focused on the beautiful flower arraignment and how I was going to keep it safe and from tipping over in my car. Well, in my focus to get the flowers in the car, I inadvertently dropped my wallet in the street out in front of the flower shop. I didn't realize it until a few hours later. Well, one of the shop florists found it and kept it safe in the shop. My wallet had all the typical items; cc's, atm cards, driver license, my business cards and cash. When I realized my wallet was missing, I retraced my steps which led me back to the flower shop. When I went back to the flower shop and inquired if they had found a wallet, to my delight, they had it. They even took steps to try and contact me to let me know they had found it. The florists asked me a few identifying questions to make sure it was my wallet before it was returned to me, with the contents untouched. I'm so thankful the kind and honest people of Hand Creations Flower Shop found my wallet. I wish I could have given more but I did give a small reward but one thing is for certain, I will be a return customer and will recommend this flower shop to anyone. read more

We had the good fortune to fall upon this floral shop while looking for someone to help with our wedding ceremony and reception decor. We needed our chairs covered, linens, pillars, an arch, suggestions, recommendations and just overall advice. We also wanted to keep within a budget, so even though we thought about cutting corners we decided to trust Leticia on the quality of her services, decor and rentals. Leticia and her team went over the top with special touches and thoughtfulness. Everything was beautiful! We had only seen examples in pictures of a backdrop and an arch so we expected the actual rentals would be dusty and perhaps appear 'used.' That was not the case at all everything was absolutely gorgeous, from the artificial flowers we chose to the chandelier on the backdrop! We could have gone with real flowers, but chose artificial which were a very high quality. We would totally recommend Leticia in a heartbeat for her professionalism and extra special touches.
