They narrowed in on the skimmer, but tested every other system to make sure there weren't other issues. They ended up cutting out the old skimmer and replacing it and a square of deck above it. The concrete matches as well as can be expected and I was impressed with the final product. Again, they didn't leave until they tested it. They were very thorough and communicated well. They'll be the first I call when getting remodel bids next year.
