They only had one person working and although they were doing their best, it took too long to finally get my key. That is the only reason for the 4 stars review The car we got was comfortable and easy to drive but stank of cigarett smoke. When I called and asked for a different car, I was told I could exchange it without a problem. The exchange was quick and easy and we loved the new car. The staff was kind and courteous and I would definitely use them again.

From start to finish each of their employees were beyond helpful and informative! My flight was delayed severely and I was nervous the branch was going to be closed. They had my vehicle waiting and paperwork ready to go with a smile. S/o to Brittany (Manager) , Travis or Trey (the nice redheaded gentleman) , as well as Dekari and the fine folks over at the return lot. I forgot my mask in haste and the car prep team was able to locate it for me. Car options have been so NICE I've thought about extending my work trip, I've pushed a Convertible Mustang and now my dream car Black BMW 740i. I finished making the reservation on the phone with the CSR before I walked into National to make the process faster. As I got the the counter, the male representative (I wish I got his name) said he can't accept the same day reservation. I informed him how I literally just made it and he said the call center doesn't know how they work onsite. He has no sympathy, cold, rude and didn't bother to try to help. Just brushed me off. I decided to rent…read morefrom U-Save but when I went to get the car they told me at the airport that I rented from their offsite location. I took a Taxi and paid $10. When I got there only one person was waiting on customers, answering phones and taking reservations. About 8 of us were waiting for about 45 minutes when the rest of the customers started getting restless at which point one of the customers asked one of the 4 employees (not assisting anyone) if they could get someone else to help. A manager came over and said that I was stirring up the rest of the customers and that I should "SHUT UP". I wasn't even the one starting to complain, other customers stepped in and said that he shouldn't talk to me like that. He then informed me that I'd get my car when I get my car and they dont have a car for me and I should go back to the airport and pick one up at that location, I told him I took a taxi here from the airport and I wasn't leaving without the car I already prepaid for, he then again told me that I should just "SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP". I then called the Police and the other customers stepped outside with til the Police got there at which time he locked us out of the rental office. The manager from another site had to come and help calm the situation down. This manager does not belong working with people. I cant believe I was talked to that way by anyone let alone someone I was giving my money to. Nice start to a vacation U-Save!!!!!
