There was another nurse practitioner (missing her name) and she was involved in the initial care like the steroid injection and so on. Linda and Allya lead the show and alternately executed the procedure, including donor zone preparation and FUT transplant extraction. Lameen was their associate. This was a wonderful experience with everyone. They patiently implanted 2500 grafts in the areas where this was required. It took almost 12 hours to complete the job. Both were extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated professional expertise throughout. Following the proceedings, Linda explained everything in detail. It should be noted that after such a long day, they were supposed to drive back to Virginia Beach because they had another case scheduled the following day. Despite that- they patiently explained everything, nothing was rushed. Their patience and professional demeanor were greatly appreciated. Next day, they scheduled me for a guided and tailored head wash, which was done by Lameen. She came this far just to do it. I would say it was overall a great experience, and I look forward to the end result of the transplant, which can take 4 to 12 months. I can update my review to reflect this. According to my experience, I would strongly recommend them.

Dr. Epstein restored my hairline with precision, care and artistry. He listened to me. Once again, he listened to me. My request was that Dr. Epstein create a new hairline that matched my age and reflected the overall hairline recession on my head. I chose to go with 1200 grafts which was not a tremendous amount but it provided me with the necessary coverage. After 8 months, the results were very noticeable in a good way; people knew that my hair was longer but had no idea that I had undergone a HT. Incidentally, I chose to go with the FUT (the strip extraction) and the hairline scar is was done in such a way that the scar is barely noticeable even to my barber. If you want someone to provide you with this surgical procedure and someone who will work on you as if he was performing this procedure on himself then Dr. Epstein is your man. This salon and medspa seems to be the one-stop shop for all sorts of needs from hair, tanning, makeup, manicures/pedicures, etc. The massage chairs while you get your hair washed is top notch. Sara is phenomenal. She takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, listens carefully to what you want, super accommodating and just always does a great job. Even the advice that she gives, she doesn't overstep and try to take anything over without your approval. The entire experience is a breeze with her.
