The woman at the front was lovely and kind, so check-in and check-out were the only bright spots. I arrived with clean, wet hair and had already chosen the products I wanted used. Once I sat down, it was clear my stylist was in a mood. He refused to use any of the products I requested, saying he "doesn't like them," and proceeded to blow dry my hair with zero heat protection. The blowout was rough and he was aggressive with my hair, couldn't get it straight, and it was obvious I was in pain. Wanted to get up and walk out the entire time, and honestly should have. Went home, washed my hair, and redid it myself. Paying $70 for that experience was not okay. I don't write bad reviews often, but felt I had to warn others.

Nicole was very sweet and I showed her a few pictures of inspiration. I liked that she listened to what I wanted, I had mentioned that my hair tends to frizz when I have curls so I'm glad she was able to tame my hair so it didn't at the end. Nicole is very talented and she made the experience so relaxing, and it seemed so easy to make my hair so beautiful.

She keeps it real and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need like the trending glass toners on Tik tok.

It made me so upset that the start of their big day was ruined by how rude they were being treated and how Liz was yelling at me on the phone. I sent screenshots to my sister so she can show them proof of all our conversations. Liz dismissed it still blaming me. I told my sister here is the text she sent me with prices because I have a feeling she's going to try to charge you more. Sure enough my sister said she tried to charge her more. Upon seeing my nieces to get them in their quinceñera dress I could not believe the makeup that was done on them. I could have done a better job. They slapped sloppy glitter on top of their eyelids and put on cheap eyelashes. Their makeup looked lfar from special and the girls were so disappointed they almost cried. This "beauty bar" is not for a special occasion! Avoid at all cost. You will be disappointed. The makeup artist is nicer than Liz that's for sure but does not do quality work. Pay more for makeup because a cheap price comes with cheap makeup and hair . Update! The business intended to clarify but they are wrong. For my facials, I let her take the lead and go with what she feels my skin needs. I have never had any issues from the products used and I have always been satisfied with the outcome. I'm not going to lie, the extractions hurt but they're necessary so just grit your teeth and the process will be over before you know it. This spa is located in a plaza with a very ample parking lot. It is monitored so make sure you pay for your parking (I believe the first 30 or 90 mins are free...forgot the deets on that) or you will come back to a ticket. If you're in a need of a snack before your appointment, there are several coffee shops you will pass before reaching the spa. Appointments are required as is a deposit for services.

Brooke was absolutely incredible--her technique was nothing short of magical. The way Brooke scrubbed my head... OMG, I didn't want to get out of that chair! She took her time and made sure every moment was blissful. On top of that, the little touches really elevated the experience: they provided warm, soothing eye patches and the softest, comfiest socks that made me feel so pampered. I heard this new business opened and I had to try to myself! When I went in the staff greeted me very nicely, the atmosphere was calming. She was very professional with the hair color and took the time to look at the condition of my hair so she could choose the best option to keep my hair healthy. I really appreciated how she tried her best to work with my hair and make sure the result would turn out well. She also kept checking in with me throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable, which made me feel very taken care of. The shampoo and scalp massage were AMAZING -- honestly one of the best parts of the visit! The salon itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere, and parking was very convenient which made everything even easier. Overall the service was excellent and I'm really happy with my hair. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

Salon Fig is Jessica's own. It is a boutique style hair studio with a lot of charm and feel of a laid-back luxury. You go there to relax, enjoy yourself and leave with fabulous hair. Jessica is a color expert. She is incredibly talented, skilled and amazing in what she does. My natural hair is medium ash brown and I usually ask for blonde ombre or highlights.
