I am still owed a system (that I have to assume I will never get). The hair quality is so bad. I could not get the frizz to lay down (so embarrassing: see picture below). They kept telling me they ordered another system for months and months only for me to find out that they never ordered it. We went through this several times. She cut my hair beautifully, did the balayage highlights I asked for, and was just friendly and sweet throughout the entire experience. She understands facial aesthetics for both men and women, and she's both techical and artistic in her work. I've referred at least 50 people to her over the years, and every single one of them has been extremely pleased. The look she provides using Botox or Dysport is very natural. The same when using dermal fillers..... I Highly recommend Bonnie at Enliven Med Spa. Important to also note that the spa does more than Botox and filler. They do Hormone Replacement, IV Infusion for Weight Loss, IV B-12 vitamin infusion...... They use Methylcobalmin in their IV's which is far superior to Cyanocobalmin. Many Med Spa's use the cheap B-12 because it doesn't need to be refrigerated and has a long shelf life, but it's also stable because it's bound to a cyanide molecule, not only that, Cyanocobalmin Is not the active form of the vitamin either, so people with genetic anomalies that cause B-12 deficiency will benefit greatly. My daughter is currently undergoing chemo for leukemia. It was inevitable that she would lose her hair, although she (in particular) prayed that would not be the case. Alas, the warning signs of total hair loss started to appear. Even though I live out of state, I contacted Echo by phone to inquire if she could make an off-site visit to my daughter while she was in the hospital. Leukemia chemo is pretty intense, and my daughter will be in the hospital for quite some time, making a mandatory salon visit out of the question. I hoped Echo would be able to see her prior to all of her hair loss, and Echo came through. Did she ever! In the words of my daughter: "She really nailed it." When her wig was fitted (after total hair loss), even my daughter had to admit that it looks incredible. My daughter also commented that Echo is "so lovely" and that she's "a genuine human being." Such care and concern - and absolutely talent - is so admirable and very comforting, particularly for those undergoing cancer treatment. Definitely wonderful. Incredible service and brilliant work.
