Better to do it right the first time. I had an FUT procedure here at Bosley San Diego that came out totally uneven. Inexplicably, they just kind of only did one side. Because the healing time is so long, by the time months after that I should have enjoyed my result, instead this error became totally obvious. When you hear him say "don't waste your money and do more grafts", run! They want you to do a second procedure. And they need you to because they can't achieve current standards in density in just one procedure here. Their technique is so behind what can be done in Turkey. First of all, no one does the strip surgery there anymore which is immensely painful. For my revision in Turkey I didn't even need to cut my hair at all. I kept it long. My design was natural. They try to scare you off Turkey here, for selfish reasons. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. I know it sounds scary but it's not. I went to La Jolla Hair and one other plastic surgeon that offered Neografting and after spending…read morean hour plus with each clinic it was obvious that the one with more experienced personnel (doctors do not do the process) I chose La Jolla Hair and went through the process. I was so pleased that I went back two years later (2017) to touch up the areas that were not an issue the first time. Both processes were professional and effective. I watched my brother lose all the hair on the top of his head and I was going down that road and it seemed to hit all at once. Thanks to Galina (head restoration nurse) that process was "stopped" dead in its tracks. My hair never looked better. This is the best current process (Neograft) in hair restoration and it is all your hair. There are no scars...other companies not using Neografting say "no visible scars" the key word is "visible." The scar(s) are hidden by your hair months after the procedure. You do not want to go through this process; check it out. If you want the best, this is the place.
