I traveled 6 hrs to come to this scalp spa and this place exceeded every expectation I had and the treatment I received was chef's kiss. Leanne was the person who did my scalp and she is the sweetest ever ! She was super knowledgeable , had great recommendations, and was non judgmental at how embaressed I felt about my scalp. (Itchy and dandruff). I did the jet peel exfoliation and had a wash prior to the treatment.. it felt a lot of relief afterwards. I was able to see my before and after of my scalp and since I live far - she mentioned all the tried and true products I would need for my scalp to continue a home remedy at home. She didnt push on it , but I believe on scalp health to help my hair grow and just overall its health. This place and service is worth every penny ! Wow in love with this head spa Ariel was lovely and great Honestly I did see the concept on tic tok so I did not know what to expect. I found this place through yelp which had good reviews and I booked it for my birthday. They made my day. Small place. Nice vibes relaxing. There was a lot of construction in the area and this u can hear in the lounge which kind of made me think this will not be as great as it is very noisy outside so they had a room with two spa beds. Room is totally isolated and no outside noise was heard. Only ocean sound and light soothing music. Oh MY what a relaxing experience. My scalp is so flaky and this showed up bad on the analysis and after the wash. It was all clean shiny and no flakes so it is real !! not to mention my scalp smells amazing. you need to take off ur shoes and they will give u slippers. They had tea and some beverages while u wait for ur therapist and after the visit they recommended products for scalp care which I purchased from them. Overall is a 5 star service. Now one thing is parking they have some parking reserved for clients which I was not aware of so I did park in the street which was ok but I had to look around so u do not need to worry about parking as it is available in the building Will I come back. Booked myself the "I am Rejuvenated" scalp massage with the hot oil treatment for my birthday. I went on a weekday and I was able to find parking on the street close to the shop fairly easy. I was warmly greeted when I entered and I love that they have a no shoe policy. They do provide slippers to wear. I waited in the lounge for about 5 mins or so and was offered tea or water. My scalp therapist, Lisa, took me to my room and we started with the microscopic view which I was excited to do but nervous of what I'll see. It wasn't too bad and it was interesting to see my scalp up close. I had clogged follicles and had new hair growing which we both were excited for haha. Then she put a pre wash treatment and had me change into a comfy robe. The actual scalp spa treatment in the bowl was in another room and it was the best experience ever! She started with the hot oil treatment which tickled my head but felt really nice haha. I don't know exactly what products were put in my hair but my favorite one was this tingly one and it made my head feel so refreshed. Everything she put in my hair smelled so luxurious. The shoulder & neck massage was nice but I would've liked more pressure. At the end, they steamed my scalp and we did one last microscopic view. My scalp was squeaky clean. She lastly added a scalp tonic which helps with keeping the scalp clean bc of the anti fungal properties. Overall, I loved it here. The staff are all so welcoming and kind which made the experience worth it. This treatment is expensive and was a splurge for my bday. I wouldn't do it again for very long time, but it reset my scalp and I've been able to keep it healthy with what I learned and the hair tonic, def recommend getting that! I just enjoyed a Jet Pack treatment at Rind Spa today. As someone with chronically thinning hair, I chose the Jet Peel service because it offers relaxation and deep scalp exfoliating and hydration. I had a solid and informative consult looking at the build up on my scalp under a microscope and getting some tips on what I could do to support my scalp health going forward. They did a 15 min shampoo sequence that was lovely followed by the jet peel treatment which I absolutely loved. They didn't push product on me like many other spas do. I would have liked more of a scalp massage for relaxation (this treatment has very little of that), but I am definitely coming back for more since I really think the Jet Peel will help my hair growth and scalp health. And it is way cheaper and less painful than PRP (which I've been looking into!) so we'll see what happens. read more

Im posting this to Yelp and google. I booked this headspa experience a couple weeks ago after reviewing positive yelps and felt confident about this location- so many head spas are popping up but doing lazy work, I wanted a good experience. It was a surprise for my husband's birthday- which I relayed to them the day before my appointment when they called to confirm. They confirmed with me several times in the days and weeks leading up to this to ensure that both I and my husband were coming and also adjusted the time of our appointment with one of these follow ups. And then.... An hour and a half before my appointment the day of they called my phone asking for my husband (who it was supposed to be a surprise for as I had communicated with them the day prior) on speaker phone in the car mind you, and said both their technicians had called out sick. Suprise=thoroughly ruined. They could tell I was upset and asked to reschedule to Sunday which I declined. Someone else called back a little while later saying they found someone to cover thus asking if I'd still like to come but I was already livid and over it. They didn't even offer a discount or gift card to make up for the inconvenience. Insanely unprofessional. Bad communication within the company all around. I'm a busy, seasoned, high-end hairstylist and had told all my clients about this for weeks and could have recommended them for a ton more business. The opposite will be happening now. I give a damn good shampoo, it would have been nice to recieve one for once. I even took out my extensions for this. But more importantly, because of that, I appreciate the value of integrity in your work and in giving ample notice to a client if someone is sick and needs to reschedule. An hour and a half for 2 employees? Really? They actually said 3 employees called out when I questioned this. Maybe don't hire 19 year olds fresh out of beauty school I don't know, this leads me to believe the services wouldn't have even been worth it. This isn't something that I would initially purchase myself, however after that initial massage, I just may start having to make a scalp massage a more regular occurrence! I have very long, thick, wavy hair and have been excited to try this place out. It was my first time at Rind Spa today and wow I had such a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in I was greeted and escorted to a beautiful waiting area. I was given a warm towel that smelled amazing and there was a fridge full of complimentary Recess drinks. I had never had these drinks before and was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved my drink. It was delicious and actually made me feel relaxed. I came on a Sunday for the "I Am Refreshed" - 75 minute scalp massage ($160). I had an incredible experience from start to finish. They recommend you come in 15 minutes before your appointment to enjoy their lounge. They're a shoeless spa so we were provided slippers, then we were given steamed towels infused with eucalyptus to cleanse our hands, then offered a choice of select beverages (juice, hot tea or sparkling water). Snacks were also set out on the table for us to enjoy. At my appointment time on the dot, Olivia came and brought me to a room where she looked at my scalp with a camera. She was incredibly sweet and informative, teaching me about everything she was observing and making recommendations for my hair care routine and addressing any concerns I had. She then stepped out to create a custom scalp treatment while I changed into their provided towel wrap and robe. She came back and did a dry massage and breathing exercises before bringing me to a dim room for the scalp treatment. It was HEAVENLY. After the treatment, she dried my scalp and we viewed again with the camera and I saw immediate results!! The scalp looked amazing and so healthy and just felt great. It was the best time and I cannot wait to go back. FYI: they book out quite far in advanced. I booked in December and February was the earliest availability. Atmosphere: Clean, beautiful and welcoming. Parking: plenty of metered parking out front, a few spaces behind the building in a private lot. Service: 10/10 everyone was so kind and educational. Prior to my visit to Rind I had consulted with a primary care doctor regarding my scalp psoriasis issue I had dealt with for years. In short I was told to live with the issue and given some topical medication that did nothing. Completely different experience when I visited Rind. Kim is the best esthetician! I first went to Kim on December 2022 with a specific goal, I wanted to be acne free on my wedding day. My wedding was on April 27th 2023 and I was acne free! My skin looks so nice that I didn't have to use any type of foundation on my wedding day, all I used was eyeshadow and lashes! The picture I put on my wedding day doesn't have any type of filter, this is how my skin actually looks now.
