We would have to wait for AAA to come, have them install the spare, then try to get to a tire shop before closing time to get a regular tire installed. It was getting late and AAA was taking its time. It looked like we'd have to find a place to stay overnight to get a tire installed the next morning. We called around. Alex at Willows Tire and Auto Care offered to come out and install a new tire right there on the roadside. He came quickly, and worked long past his regular closing time. I called my…read moreauto insurance roadside assistance and was told all tires shops had closed at that time and I had to wait till next morning to get the tire fixed. Safety Tire Service was recommended and my car would be towered to that shop next morning. I stayed in a local motel and called the shop next morning. Unfortunately it was Veterans' day holiday and the shop was closed. Luckily it has extra hour service number, and Cody picked up the phone right away and got to my hotel within 30min with his working truck. It turned out my tire was unrepairable. Cody was able to get a replacement tire of the same height and I was able to get back on my way to home within 30min. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He also gave me a very good cash deal for his extra hour service and the replacement tire. He also told me I could have called him last night and he would have come to help me. I do not wish anyone else to have a flat tire, but if it happened, do not hesitate to call Safety Tire for help. They, or at least Cody is a great and honest guy.

I was 700 miles into a 2,000 mile road trip to move my daughter out of her college dorm when my car…read moreengine failed on I5 a few miles south of Williams, CA. I managed to pull off to the right side of the road but was only a couple feet away from very fast cars and trucks that would shake my vehicle as they passed. I called AAA but the first towing company they got for me called me 15 minutes later saying they wouldn't be able to get to me for at least 3 hours! After a couple more calls to AAA and a visit from a friendly highway patrol officer, I received a very welcome call from Walter at L&T Towing saying he was on his way. Walter was very friendly and helped me through a stressful situation. He knew the local town of Williams well and directed me to a highly rated mechanic who was able to work on my car early the next morning. He even dropped me off at a nearby Motel 6 where I stayed for the night. I can't thank Walter and L&T Towing enough for their excellent service! Sadly, my car seems to be in bad shape, and I had to leave it in Williams while I continued my trip with a rental car to move my daughter. I'll be back for my car in a few days to have it towed to the Subaru dealer in Sacramento. Hopefully I'll be able to get AAA to use L&T Towing and ideally Walter again for this next tow.

I told him the situation that my wife needed to have her brakes done immediately. My wife had a prior appointment at 8 AM that she couldn't miss so Patrick worked around her schedule and met her at 7 AM. Custom Interior damaged with ZERO reimbursement after a month…read more I brought my vehicle in and payed over $2,000 for some simple motor work and keep in mind that this is how I was treated after paying so much; Upon returning home with my car that day I noticed that my brand new custom shift boot was covered in grease and had been attempted to be cleaned resulting in even more damage. It was installed about 3 weeks before this incident and was in perfect condition. It is a $50 custom made shift boot that took a $75 trim piece to make so this is going to cost me about $150 out of pocket to replace myself which is totally not cool. I took it upon myself to get in touch over the phone, where I was first accused about lying in regards to the damages, and was then mocked and made fun of by the owned Patrick for supposedly "just being all butt-hurt about it" I really want others to avoid such a bad experience, especially encountering damages and losing money when you are already having to pay for work on your car. I do also have images of my car on their lift as proof to the date that this occurred.
