We chose to pay the extra to have the 24' class C RV delivered since we were 47 miles one way and it would've caused us to backtrack. The delivery gentleman, Carlie, was knowledgeable, hospitable and thorough in explaining the RV as it was out first time in an RV (much less renting one!). Now mind you prior to renting the RV, we had watched dozens of RV YouTube videos prior to departure so when our fresh water hose didn't work, we didn't bother asking for reimbursement when we purchased a new one. It's just #RVLife We did consider renting from the primary national competition, but after seeing the condition of some of their vehicles in many videos, they looked damaged and unkempt instead of what NARV offered, which was a clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. We highly recommend renting from North Atlanta, RV rentals. As a veteran owned company, they were true to their word, and ensured this military family had a great experience! .

In terms of pricing it was a little costly to rent the RV but after checking prices elsewhere it was in no way out of line with what you are going to get anywhere else. Considering that all their units are very new I would say it was actually a bargain. When I picked up the unit they gave me a brief and very helpful tutorial (being a first time user) and then off I went with a fully prepped and cleaned RV. The trip was over 4000 miles and 11 days. During that time we had not one problem with the RV. It was more than up to the task even when climbing large hills, as is necessary in Yellowstone. ;) On our return the checkout was very quick and my deposit and refund for miles not used was returned to me very promptly. Overall the experience was so enjoyable I am now planning to purchase my own travel trailer in the future. If, however, I ever want to rent again in the future I would not hesitate to use Lightnin RV again. I highly recommend them.

If they don't have it in stock they can usually get it the next day. The parts department has helped me out of a bind several times. Today I wanted the thermostat and over-temperature cutoff for an Atwood water heater. They had it in stock. The technician also took time to discuss my water heater issues and offered tips and troubleshooting techniques. The build took longer than expected but was definitely worth the wait. It was very apparent during the build process and upon delivery that a great deal of attention was put into the building. It's very obvious they care about the workmanship of the product they deliver. Again, it was definitely worth the wait and a few unexpected surprises were incorporated in the van. I have a few minor adjustments to make in my design and that's my fault as a few things aren't as functional as I would like. I did a custom build and I take full responsibility for my choices. I enjoyed working with them and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services. The staff and owner are beautiful souls and I can't express my gratitude for them adequately. The title had a different year than the contract and it was unwarrantable. We contacted the bank who did an investigation. the bank refunded us what we paid them but said we would have to get our down payment and storage fees back from TC. It isn't surprising they folded. I just found out that Camping World purchased TC. who knows if the bank debt ever got settled but certainly the debt to me did not and I still haven't registered the vehicle. It has been almost 2 years.

Lien insurance provided by Tri County Insurance. National Auto Care of the South Insurance company canceled insurance , said they received the paper work but no check, so no warranty. Truist bank said they were not responsible for cutting a check. Camping World bought TravelCamp, after talking to them , they say their company is not responsible. So I'm another victim of the new world way of business! Looks like someone should be responsible for a purchased service that is written in a contract! Since the only option of a review is positive I can not recommend even a one! Looks like they should be a good scam layer willing to jump on this wagon and ride it to the rainbow! It's a layer run world these days, scam layers should be a wide open never ending field of work.

Long story short, I had a 24 rental I completed online, which was a cargo van. The cargo van had the previous customers wallet in there, which I had no idea until the previous customer gave me a phone call. Someone at this location gave my personal number to the previous guest so they could retrieve their wallet from me. Two different phone numbers called me until I answered. I had to take time out of my day to return the wallet to someone, which I didn't mind, but the fact that they gave my number out without consulting with me is wild. My solution to my invasion of privacy was to return the U-Haul with less gas then I picked it up with, and called it even with the owner. $83 for a 24 rental, and invasion of privacy. 6/10 stars for this location, the value was subpar. Hertz is probably your best bet. Please train your employees on privacy laws, it will come back to bite you in the butt one day.
