It's not a super detailed custom order, it's not the first sectional ever built. We have had almost NO communication with the store until I started calling and making a big loud fuss. Now I have the store manager, the regional manager and the salesperson involved, but they are not really providing anything at this point. We were told on November 29th that we would receive our order in 8-10 weeks and would receive a confirmation email. The email never came and we are now in the middle of week 12 and the only reason we are getting any contact is because I have been calling regularly and have insisted on weekly update calls. This is the WORST service I have received in a long time. I am a big fan of "shop local" and giving many chances to right a wrong, but the employees and management here are doing just the bare minimum in my opinion. We are 'supposed' to receive our sectional in the middle of March... stay tuned but don't hold your breath (at least that's what I'm telling myself) because I have zero faith of that happening. In summary - save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else if you're in the market for furniture. After this fiasco, I will not give them another cent!! (and that's assuming I won't have to cancel my order and demand a refund or get a lawyer involved!)

Unfortunately, the glass tabletop became loose and was no longer properly secured to the metal base and this happened twice. The product quality was very poor. I called and they offered the return. I understood and accepted that the store would only offer store credit, so I returned to exchange the table. However, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful throughout the process. I selected another table and was told I needed to pay an additional $200, which I was fine with. However, they also required me to pay an additional delivery fee, even though the exchange was due to a defective product. They were already coming to my home to pick up the old table, so it was unclear why the new table could not be delivered at the same time. When I came back the next day to proceed with the exchange, I was given a different price again, now being asked to pay $365 more. This inconsistency was frustrating and unprofessional. I accepted the amount because I just wanted to get it over with because I no longer wanted to deal with this business. I don't want they kept my credit. I truly hope the replacement table has no issues so I won't need to contact them again. Btw thankfully , we did not purchase a sofa here, even though we liked one in the store. While they have a lot of mass merchandised items, they do stock on occasion department store brands- Viking, All Clad, Calphalon, British and Japanese pottery, Emille Henry, Mikasa, Dansk, etc. I've snagged some great Ralph Lauren sheets here. Keep your eyes open and you will find some great deals. You definitely would be surprised how they restock and fill in areas from day to day.
