They came back a second day to install adjustable racks to hold my cookie sheets & such. Their cabinets are absolutely the best cabinets I have ever had & I have had other custom cabinets. They did not have enough trim pieces (the owner was the one who came and measured). The owner came over and said that he had to go to Knoxville to get more. He came back with more and after 71/2 hours the job was done. The owner also measured the tile incorrectly as we have 3 brand new unused boxes of tile left. We were also told that they could not get 2- 10# bags of grout and we would have to have a 25# bag. We accepted that but when we went to pay the balance they charged us for the other piece of trim that he clearly mismeasured. The whole job seemed very ill prepared. The owner also told me on the phone that he had not heard from his installers for a week. There were a lot of untruths that do not sit well with us. Maybe they should stick to floorimg
