The shop is connected to the SHELL gas station on the corner of Old Norcross Rd & Sugarloaf- pretty unassuming store front, no doubt. But don't judge a book... I went to meet my friend & walked in. The place is clean & pretty cool with eclectic decore. The furniture needs covers or replacement, but I hope worn because of so many clients coming & going. There was 1 other client when I was there. My friend came out & her tattoo is so beautiful. She comes frequently & the work is always great with color saturation, great lines & clean work! When we walked in the owner met us and was kind a welcoming. She helped my friend with the wording , placement and location of her tattoo. She was very low key and you could tell she wanted everything to be smooth and for my friend to get exactly what she wanted. The place appeared very neat and clean and the employees seem to enjoy being there. There was another customer in there at the same time and was a repeat customer. My friends tattoo turned out great and she was very pleased!

It was my first tattoo so I was…read morereeeally nervous but they (Ricki) talked me through the whole thing, making sure it was placed right, and took their time with it. the staff is awesome, they're so friendly and they are all so supportive of each other's art. very welcoming environment, the whole staff is respectful of my gender identity and pronouns. whole store run by women and LGBTQ+ artists, and it's very clean and sterile. my tattoo is looking beautiful and will 100% come back for my next piece :)

When the piercing wouldn't go all the way through the first time, she quickly pivoted and did whatever was needed to get it done as quickly as possible. There was very little pain compared to what I was anticipating. And it's healing nicely. The only reason for taking one star off is because during the process she was very calming and reassuring except for one thing she said: "wow, you're bleeding more than expected!" I was trying to stay calm, so this was not what I wanted to hear, lol. But overall, good experience. She also gave us a discount, which I appreciated!

I purchased a microblogging service with the company. After finishing the procedure, I immediately…read morementioned to the technician Esther that my eyebrows were not level. One is higher than the other. She told me that the color will be lighter and it will look better after a few weeks. She can make adjustments after 4weeks and suggested I pay for the touchup between 4-6weeks. I left. After 3 weeks, not only the color didn't get lighter as the technician told me and it gets itchier. I got worried and went to a dermatologist and she prescribed Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream for the infection. I also consulted one brows salon and one cosmetic surgent's office. Both offices told me that it was not the result of a microblading. They totally didn't do it correctly, they didn't choose the right color according to my skin tone, and there aren't any touch-ups any technician can do to adjust it. The only solution is to erase it by laser removal and re-do it. At this point, I can't trust this company to do any more work for me. The picture shows clearly that two brows are in different shape and different heights. I contacted Brows Beauty and Wellness and asked for a full refund and the cost of the removal, but they refused. They blamed me that it was because I moved too much during the procedure and my skin didn't want to take any color. Please don't believe all these 5star reviews.
