I have to preface this review with the fact that our order was delivery for breakfast on a trip to Portland. That being said, I've gotten plenty of breakfast deliveries in the past and know that it's possible for it to be better than this. Firstly, the order took longer than expected and from tracking the app, the driver waited a while at the restaurant. That's fine though, I know places get busy on Sunday mornings so that wasn't a problem. Everyone got coffees/lattes and the cups were all half empty which was ... weird. I got a bacon, egg and cheese on wheat toast. It just didn't have flavor? Salt would've been good? I don't know. A friend got a bagel with cream cheese and the smear was so lacking. Another friend said her breakfast burrito was just meh. Lastly, we got a cinnamon roll and it just wasn't in anything? All our sandwiches were wrapped in foil and in a paper bag and the cinnamon roll was just thrown in the bag with no wrap, no nothing. It was just a weird experience that I can't really recommend. I feel guilty leaving this because others had such great reviews, but that just wasn't our experience.

I have been meaning to stop here as I love good coffee. You have to be paying attention to get into the correct entrance, drive thru was a little confusing, I had to park way down back . It was around 4:00 and a lot of high school students were still hanging about . There was not much left for pastries. I ordered a mocha and was really looking forward to it. I was disappointed by how watery it was it was like a watery hot chocolate with a tiny bit of coffee. I almost took it back I probably should have. I saw some of the sandwiches being served, they looked good. I will return to see if I just hit it on a bad day.

Place was super cute with lots of nice seating. I ordered a hot cafe mocha and an egg, cheese, avocado bagel and the total was about $10 which is very well priced compared to a lot of other shops in the area. The bagel sandwich was really good and it was ready so fast, so was the coffee. They have a good variety of coffee/drink flavors and I want to come back soon to try their RedBull drinks!

My bagel sandwich was excellent but the woman making the coffee drinks is quite rude and bitchy. Come on! Get over yourself!

coffee is great, food is a ripoff. The sandwiches are $11.95 and up, with very little content in them. Don't bother with this place.

Due to how connected the original Allagash Brewing tasting room and Bite Into Maine food trailer are it's not a surprise to have that connection be built stronger here. Instead of a trailer they have their own kitchen space here. You will find the ordering location and kitchen over near the Allagash merch section. Menu wise you will find all of your known favorites from Bite Into Maine, aka all the lobster meals. Though those who aren't a fan of lobster can choose burger, pretzel, fries among other choices. Typically I would like some lobster like their delicious lobster BLT. My wife and I were not feeling lobster that particular day but each got a smash burger with cheese added. I will say the burgers were thicker than I would expect for a smash burger. Was a little disappointed they didn't ask how we wanted the burgers cooked with how thick they were and would have preferred them with more pink to it. I do enjoy the chips that came with it and the burger was decent but not really memorable. I would rather get a lobster dish next time. Service wise was friendly and fast even with it being opening day, and you get a beeper to let you know when your food is ready. Maybe they will improve their burger over time. Go with the lobster dishes but due to the nature of lobster, prices will be a little high.

I have a few favorites, but at the top of that list is Cera. Cera is NOT your average sandwich and salad shop. Their food is inspired, fresh, and will absolutely get you through the day. My favorite item on the menu is the Indonesian Seoul Food wrap - Korean steak, veggies, and peanut sauce all wrapped in grilled naan. I love their meat options, prepared by people who understand how to cook meat properly. The Great Cow Caper salad fed me for two lunches, and the tender, well-seasoned grilled steak was the highlight of the dish. Cera embraces its meat offerings, and also has some outstanding vegan options. The restaurant is super clean and the staff working the kitchen are usually hopping. Cera delivers, but they don't list their specials online. If I hadn't stopped in to get a seasonal lemonade (blood orange) I would not have seen the Tuna Poke special, and that would have been a shame. Cera also has a rewards program!

I ordered a regular lobster roll and regular crab roll, along with a small fish chowder and clam chowder. The prices were very fair: $25 for the lobster, $15 for the crab, and $4 each for the 8oz chowders (discounted with the purchase of a roll). The seafood is fresh in the rolls and lightly dressed in mayo, which is my personal preference. The focus the is on the flavor of the generous servings of meat. It would have hit the spot to have small bits of celery or a nice piece of lettuce included: that's not a dealbreaker and, next time, I know to bring my own. I was impressed by the quality and toast of the bun, which had great crisp on the outside and chewiness once bitten into. This elevates the experience over a plain, room temperature hotdog bun. I thought the fish chowder was a bit on the salty side, so the classic clam chowder would be my go-to. I was able to sample smoked salmon and smoked rainbow fish pate while waiting for my order. Next time, I may skip the chowder and buy a tub of pate. Unfortunately, I wasn't going to be able to access a refrigerator anytime soon, so I did not buy any then and there. The store itself is small and cozy, so I imagine it gets quite packed at peak times with customers. Thankfully, it was quiet and it was easy to put in my order on a Tuesday afternoon. The staff were young and responsive, and my purchase was smooth. I will stop by again!
