Beignets so good that I actually got them twice in a week! I visited Disney Springs and took a friend with me on the boat over to the resort. We visited mid day on a Saturday and surprisingly there wasn't a ton of people which made it just that much more enjoyable. This was during Halloween time so I NEEDED the spooky beignets. These beignets were coated in marshmallow drizzle and a cookies and cream dusting. They were delicious! They came out very hot and gooey. The perfect sweet treat to share for a mid day snack. The service was good here. The employees were nice and took orders swiftly. The wait was only a couple minutes. I was able to grab a table inside the lounge area. Overall, it was another great visit here!

I'm an Old Fashioned girl and got the Disney approved Knob Creek. I've had better. I got the best pillowy confections on the planet. It comes with chocolate and Carmel sauce. Max ordered the Pimento Cheese Fritters. Delicious! Service is spot on with Disney flair. Small and intimate with an area for the band to play jazz.

First visit here but likely not our last. We actually had dinner at the restaurant that used to be in the same space 30+ years ago on our honeymoon. The Pimento Cheese Fritters were delicious, Andouille Nachos (andouille, red bean chili, cheese sauce, trinity pico and sour cream on tortilla chips) were really good and the seasonal Ghoulish Beignets (Mickey-shaped beignets dusted with cookies and cream powdered sugar and a ghoulish marshmallow crème drizzle) were amazing! Everything seems to taste better when it is Mickey shaped. Unfortunately the Hurricane was pretty basic and meh. I would not order it again. Other tables seemed to have more attentive waiters. We were seated immediately and able to order timely (in part because we knew what we wanted before we even got there). The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time but tables seated after us received their food first. The wait for dessert was longer than other tables as well and long enough that we started to think it was forgotten. The longest wait was when we were done and waiting for the check, really did not seem to be an excuse for why it took so long. There was live music for part of the time we were there. Unfortunately our view of the stage was blocked, mostly because the space was repurposed into a lounge from a restaurant designed to feel like one in New Orleans. There really was no where good to place the stage without a significant reconstruction to remove the courtyard space in the center. The music was very good jazz versions of some Disney classics as well some soul standards. The musicians and singer were very talented. Since my wife was born in Louisiana and we spent our honeymoon at Port Orleans, Cajun and creole cuisine are a big part of special dinners and our lives as a whole. So we will definitely be back both here and the resort in general. If they would convert some of the buildings to DVC studios and villas would be tempted to purchase more points to make this our home resort.

Mickey beignets

Stumbled upon this little gem while touring the hotel grounds. Lucky to get front row seats to the live jazz band. Ordered drinks and the Mickey beignets. I highly rate this place for the service, vibe and live music. Thumbs down on the drinks. Hurricane was not good, nothing like a New Orleans hurricane. And, it was pricey. My advice, don't order. Beignets were very delicious and super cute. Sauces were ok and could use a refresh. It's worth a visit!

Drinks were good however the chicken wings were not good. They were a little old tasting not so fresh.

The worker was so friendly and took our order quickly. We came here specifically for the valentines beignets because we loved the Halloween ones. Our order came out quicker than we thought and had plenty of powder on it. The taste was a little less appetizing than the Halloween Oreo marshmallow option. This one was raspberry flavored, and while I LOVE raspberries this one tasted very artificially. I wish it was a little lighter of a raspberry taste. The beignets were so light and fluffy though, that made it worth it. Loved the sparkles on the sprinkles. I hope they come out with more flavors!

Recommended due to mickey shaped beignets and gluten free options. The GF are not advertised but if you ask they have them and they were the same price as normal, but not Mickey shaped. Both were good and glad I tried. Coffee is good but they also have various coffee, water, hot chocolate set ups around free of charge so maybe hold out unless you get one of their speciality drinks! Nice atmosphere. Pretty good seating, we got lucky with another family leaving as we were looking. But they can serve to go if needed as well. Very glad I tried this place!

The beignets were incredible. We ordered them twice. The service was personable and attentive. The atmosphere was cute, a little dated but it worked For the theme. It was an experience. We loved the life music.

Yummy coconut rum and mango drink!!

Sadly we were there during the beginning of the week and so we didn't have the pleasure of live music. However our experience was outstanding. The ambiance is great and the servers are very friendly. Moving in to the food and drinks. Outstanding! That is all there is to say. We had both boozy beignets and regular (as we had children in our party) and both were by far the best on the property. Hot and fresh and delish! The speciality drinks were both fun and creative! Way too many yummy choices to choose from. Highly recommend.

Scat Cat's Club Lounge is a fun place to go if you're staying at French Quarter. They have live jazz band performances Fridays through Sundays starting at 7:30PM. We visited on a Friday at 9PM ish and it was packed. You seat yourself and then the server will come up to you to take your order. The drinks were decent, but the jazz band was really great. They do take 15 minutes breaks every so often in case you walk by and don't hear any live music. Scat Cat's Club Cafe right outside adjacent to the lounge has Mickey shaped beignets, which were fantastic. Easily the best beignets I've had across both Disneyland and Disneyworld. I saw a lot of people stopping by just to get the beignets, I don't know if I would resort hop all the way to French Quarter to get the beignets though. They have seasonal beignets it seems like, but we just had the classic powdered sugar ones and they were great. $7.99 for three, with one sauce (chocolate or caramel) - we liked the chocolate sauce more $12.99 for six, with two sauces of choice Great vibes, would go again!

If you can't make the trip to New Orleans, this is definitely the next best thing! We ordered the Beignets and the Beignets sundae! Both were delicious! The line was long but it moved pretty fast. Everything came out fresh and hot. We sat in the food cafe to eat.

Mickey beignets are always gonna be a hit! Service was above and little slow this day and the restaurant seating area could have been a little cleaner .

The ambiance is giving speakeasy. This place is so cute, and customer service was excellent! Our waitress was so kind she even traded one of her pins with me. Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered the bbq rings and pimento cheese fritters which I've had in the past at riverside, and these were no different they were delicious. Plenty of meat on the wings, flavorful. All the food came out super fast, the pimento cheese fritters may have came out a little too late. They were not warm rather room temperature, they would have been a lot more enjoyable if they were warm/ hot. The drinks were pretty good! I will definitely be back next time for some entertainment.

We only waited maybe 5 minutes for the coffee and only a few minutes more for the food which was brought out to our table. Looking around, it seems like this was the spot in downtown Baldwin for an early coffee due to many other shops not being opened yet. The crowd was middle aged individuals catching up on the news and enjoying the casual laid back vibes. The cappuccino was delicious. It was perfect for the chilly morning it was and went down smooth. The hot chocolate had a nice richness to the chocolate. The chocolate croissant was perfectly flaky so you know it was fresh. The breakfast sandwich had 2 huge eggs on it which made it very filling. The inside was cute and had a seating area that replicated that of the show "Friends" along with lots of coffee decor.

Our recent FUN visit to Kitty Cat Louge (which appears to be a stand-alone converted quaint…read moresingle-family home) surpassed our expectations! We spent our first half hour in the kitty lounge petting many a friendly cat and were thrilled that a few were comfy enough to crawl into our laps. Our hearts melted! Cats are all healthy and well cared for, and the space is clean with LOTS of seating, cat towers, cat beds and play toys around. Of course, we fell head over heels in love with many of them. Afterwards we each enjoyed amazing desserts and beverages, served on an ultra-clean dining room with nice and comfortable chairs. The desserts were off-the-chart amazing! So were the coffee and other beverages. The kind gentleman who guided us and served our snacks during our visit was very gracious and friendly.
