We booked private experiences with the baby capybaras and then a separate private session with a couple of the adults -- and it exceeded every expectation. The babies were absolutely adorable, gentle, and so interactive. Getting that up-close time made it feel really special and personal. The adult capybaras were just as amazing. Calm, sweet, and fascinating to observe. The staff took the time to share so much educational information about the animals -- their behavior, care, and personalities -- which made the experience even more meaningful for my kids. It wasn't just cute photo moments (although there were plenty of those!). It was educational, hands-on, and thoughtfully organized. My kids were beyond excited and are still talking about it. If you're looking for something unique, family-friendly, and unforgettable, this is it. We will absolutely be back!

They have a connecting entrance through Vintage Marche and also their own entrance from the outside. Antique classic stuff can be found here and a cool old time bar where they make coffee, tea, matchas, lemonade, etc. they also have a pastry case and after 3pm it's buy one get one free. Service was friendly and patient and my matcha strawberry was tasty, I sat on one of the couches and enjoyed my drink before walking around.

We went with the caramel, which was good but honestly they don't need a sauce, so we didn't really use it. An employee gave us the scoop and said the busiest time is the middle of the day, so if you want to avoid the crowd come before 12:30 or after 3pm.

Once at the resort, we worked our way over to Scat Cat. There was a long line, but don't let that deter you, it moves pretty fast. I think we waited maybe 20 minutes. The line was all the way into the dining room. The options are 3 or 6 beignets, or you can get a sundae with 2 beignets or they also have Bailey's filled ones. We went with the 3 beignet option. They are much prettier if you get them for dine in - they come out on a big plate, vs a bag. You can also pick either chocolate or salted caramel dipping sauce. Honestly, you don't need a sauce, but it's worth trying. We went with the salted caramel, which was good. The beignets are HUGE and delicious! The best I've ever had. They are messy - lots of powdered sugar, but so worth it. We took advantage of the pretty walking trails along the water, after we ate, to work off some of that sugar and check out Riverside next door. You can get the boat back to Disney Springs there also.
