I paid $68 for a brush and bath, added the doodle detangling service for another $35, and then was told nail buffing wasn't included (only clipping), so I had to add a $15 buffing service. Honestly, what's the point of clipping only if you don't smooth the nails? Despite paying extra for detangling, they called me to ask if I was okay with them shaving my dog. That told me they either didn't try to detangle or were rushing to take the quickest route. When I got home, I bought a detangling tool and removed all of my pup's tangles and matting in about 20 minutes. For a total of $118, I expected a lot more effort and care than a phone call asking to shave. It felt like they simply don't care and rush everything, and I won't be bringing my dog back for grooming here. If you have a doodle or a dog with a curly coat, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for groomers who will actually do the detangling you pay for.

Heidi was wonderful with her. She was even thoughtful enough to turn her generator off before bringing Callie out to the van, so that it wouldn't scare her. And, she's also owned by a great pyrenees, so she loves and understands the breed! Callie got the full groom (bath, de-shed/de-mat, haircut, nail trim and ear cleaning). My husky gets a bath, de-shed, blow out and nail trim. Her prices are very reasonable and the quality of her work and customer service is top notch! I just cannot say enough positive things about Heidi and Coat of Many Colors Mobile Dog Grooming!

He's also shedding significantly worse than he was before we took him despite paying for a shedding treatment. Every step he takes a little ball of hair flies off of him. Very disappointed. Essentially paid $70 for my dog to get a bath and then sit in a kennel for six hours.

How about the fact that it appears they don't even do the actual medical work as they claim they do? Today I had to put down my kitten who was spayed here just yesterday. When they released her to me, she was very lethargic, and barely could breathe. Bringing her back in today, it turns out she had a collapsed lung likely due to pneumonia, and likely infection relating to kidney issues. As far as I'm aware, no apparent tests were run that would check for any of this beforehand. Additionally, on discharge, the checkup form they gave me indicated that they had checked her respiratory abilities and found no issue. It appears that they did not check for this on release though, as I suspect they would have noticed something was wrong. Unfortunately as a non-trained professional, it was just assumed to be the reaction from the anesthesia. The kitten's condition and breathing was in the same state from the moment I picked her up to the moment she was put down. To make this more frustrating, the clinic also couldn't keep her there to attempt to save her over the weekend, as they didn't have weekend staff. Instead they recommended to pass her off to an ER location that would cost $3000 a day for a chance of her to make a recovery. In the end the hard decision was made to end her suffering, despite her short life lived. Of course there's really nothing the public can do, as the wonderful animal medical system often feels like a massive hustle for the consumer and leaves you with no legs to stand on. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I believe there are much better, and cheaper, options in town.
