They're so friendly and my fur baby loves going to get pampered. Please know that this spa is very popular so be prepared for a possible wait to have your fur baby's visit.

5 star service !! Highly recommend if you're looking for a doggie daycare in the area. Great facility , friendly staff and overall a great experience! Photos are fantastic and the cameras are great to have. They treat the pups with lots of love

    Picture I showed her.

Absolutely botched my dogs ears. The groomer said she had some knots on the back of her ears but that has nothing to do with the way she cut the front of her ears, they are completely uneven and choppy. Looks like she closed her eyes and just started cutting. I even showed them a reference picture when I dropped my dog off which was a waste of time I guess because she just did whatever she wanted. Also they are not clear about how long they will be with your dog. My appointment details said 8am-9:30am when I clicked the link, the girl on the phone even said she shouldn't take long because she's a small dog when we set up the appointment. I dropped her off around 8:10am and she wasn't ready till almost 2pm. They also charge a fee for "daycare" for how long they had her. I live 5 minutes from there, if I knew they would do that I wouldn't have booked there. The girl said if I want her done at a certain time it would be a $10 fee, wish they were more transparent when booking first time appointments. Definitely will not be back.

No more grinch feet for Arthur!

NPS did a great job grooming my Aussie! The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I can tell Arthur enjoyed himself because he is super tired now. They did exactly what I asked for and gave him the perfect bath, trim, deshedding, teeth cleaning and most importantly a good time! We plan to keep using them.

Nashville Pet Spa did such a great job on our Aussie!! Can't speak highly enough of them. Their groomers are super sweet people and you can tell that they really do are about their clients. Would give 35 stars. Absolutely coming back again.

There's no other place in the Nashville area I would trust. We have a 6 lb mini poodle puppy and the idea of daycare and boarding was extremely scary just because of all the crazy stories we have heard. On my dog's first day of daycare, he was so sad to have to leave, and woke up the next couple mornings excited, hoping to go back. Our dog loves other dogs but can get scared at times and from what we saw checking in on the cameras, staff did a great job of not only monitoring play time but loving on the dogs. I remember a moment when we checked in and a a staff member picked up our little guy and gave him the sweetest hug, it melted our heart. There are so many amazing options here. We did a whole week of boarding, which leading up to I was overwhelmingly anxious but after day care, Nashville Pet Spa has completely earned my trust in all ways possible. My major concern overall was his safety, which I never worried about once over the course of his stay. On top of that, they do so many little things that us pet parents appreciate: cameras, taking pictures, pet report cards. My husband and I joked that our little guy had a better vacation than us and is happier there then he is at home at times. After a weeks stay not only was he clean, safe, healthy, and taken care of, but he was also happy and comfortable, which is more than you can ask for. For all that they offer, their pricing is very competitive. Will continue with day care as our little guy is dying to go back and will recommend Nashville Pet Spa to everyone I know.

I cannot say enough great things!! First, Gabby was awesome. She was able to squeeze us in right before Christmas so our little guy was in tip-top shape for Santa! Also, the staff and facilities were amazing! staff is super friendly and Noodle looked sooo happy when he got home. He has some temperament issues because he is almost 15 with cataracts, so we let them know he was skittish around strangers, but they said he was well behaved and he was licking the staff while waging his cute little tail out the door. We cannot wait to take him back- Great Job!!

It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she's in such good hands whether it's for daycare or boarding. We recently started bringing our newer puppy Gus too, and he's just as obsessed. One of my favorite things is how they do smaller play groups. It's not chaotic, and both of our dogs have actually made little friends they get excited to see. It feels really intentional and thoughtful. I also appreciate that they build in rest time so the dogs aren't completely wiped or overstimulated. The little extras are such a fun touch too--lick mats, themed parties with photos (which I love), and all the add-ons that make it feel like they're getting spoiled in the best way. You can just tell the team truly loves the dogs and treats them like their own. It doesn't feel like a business, it feels like people who genuinely care. We also really love that they support Lifehouse Rescue, that means a lot to us. We're honestly going to miss Happie Hounds so much when we move to Arizona. I can't recommend them enough!

He is now 14yrs old and they take him to grandma's house for boarding as she will take small senior dogs. He seems to do great each time and keeps a peace of mind for us when traveling. The great thing is on the boarding they allow your dog to play during the day in the play group with other dogs. They post pictures daily, which is great to see. No extra fees for the playtime. With as many pet owners in the area we have been fortunate to get our dog into the boarding as needed. I would suggest booking in advance to secure your spot especially during school holiday time.

Thus, you have to be careful when grooming them because you could damage their undercoat and fur if you use mechanical trimmers. We picked PPPS because of the positive yelp reviews. We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

When you call, you cannot get an answer and it often takes 4-5 messages to receive a call back, even though they say "Feel free to call and check on them." Then, they are extremely rude and argumentative. They are scamming people out of money hoping it goes unnoticed. If you look up reviews, you will see MANY complaints about this. When you question the price difference from what you were quoted, the owner (VERY MEAN LADY) will scream at you and go get her large son to come out and intimidate/threaten you - he and several others there are quite visibly HIGH on pot while working. The lady is pure evil and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. They needs to be investigated. They are dishonest and running a scam operation. They also tack on fees that show up a few days after you pay by card. Again, when you call to discuss, they don't answer or yell at you. PLEASE do NOT take your pets to this place! We thought they were wonderful at first, even after reading bad reviews. But, after a few trips we learned what others had warned about. The lady owner literally YELLED at my husband and told him not to come back and she would not change the amount to what ELI quoted us 3 times! She also said "Leave a bad review, I could care less about bad reviews." She blamed everything on ELI (front desk person) and then blamed us for caring about our dogs and questioning the huge price difference. People, I beg you to find another kennel for your fur babies. This place is NOT what is seems. I should have gone with my gut instinct when they refused to give us a tour and when the price was misquoted the first few times. They do not care about your dogs. It's just about money. Don't take my word for it or the word of those "fake" reviews or family friends. Go research and pull all the old reviews. Like she yelled at my husband, "I don't care about **** bad reviews, no one will believe them."
