Sixty minutes later he showed up and got the car started but it would not hold a charge. He brought a battery "just in case" but it did not fit properly, so Dave had to go back to where he got the battery from and took the dead battery out of my Kia to make sure the new one matched. He was back an hour later and installed the new battery and all was well. Dave is terrific...one of the nicest guys you'd ever want to meet. I kidded him how we all had towing service horror stories and that would not be in my future now that I have Dave on my speed dial. At first, they told me they would have to pull the bumper to get to the lights. And they pulled into the bay, came into the waiting room and told me that that was not the case told me would be $238.65. Since they already had it in the bay, I told him to go ahead. Took them about 40 minutes. When I got the bill, it was $185 for labor & $49.98 for the two lights. A few days later I happen to be driving by the dealer and ran in to see what it would cost. It was $162.00 that included labor and two lights. So I dropped into Legacy And questioned the bill. I was basically told I could've shopped somewhere else or told them to pull the car when they told me the price. I figured they'd at least try to match it but they didn't. So I won't be going back if I have to pay dealer prices I'll go to the dealer. They were friendly enough, just not up front and honest. Like I said, according to their website, their prices are better than the dealers. That's definitely not true.

They even build a rack for the new amp and placed that behind the seat where it can not be seen. My system is not a "high end" system at all, but to me it sounds great. If you are looking for an upgrade to your car's audio, JML will take care of you. Josh IMO is a very genuine person, and will tell you straight. I have seen him at car shows around town, and he always remembers my name, and is easy to talk to.

We had our Tesla Model S for about a year, and while the sound was good, it certainly wasn't great…read more During our first consultation with Josh, he showed us around his shop - an extremely clean shop with several state-of-the-art tools - and recommended an environmental package. With this, they basically fill the empty space in the doors with a proprietary material that deadens sound and acts as an insulator for the speakers. The effect of this is difficult to describe, but imagine wearing a cheap pair of earbuds. The sound is typically tinny and lacks any fullness. Now imagine pushing those earbuds into your ears so they are fully insulated by your inner ear and a seal is created. Without the sound leaking outside of the ear, the music becomes much richer, the bass comes out; the earbuds begin to sound like a much more expensive pair without buying anything new! This is the same effect the environmental package provides to a car. In addition to making speakers sound their best, having insulation in your doors also helps with road noise on highways and makes the HVAC system work less. This latter point is especially important for electric cars. After the environmental package, we decided to take it one step further and have subwoofers installed. Josh and team put in custom fabrications for the dual 10" subs and amps, hiding them in the well of the trunk. You can't even tell anything was modified until you turn the radio up. The bass is incredible - it's not the overly boomy type that just makes the car shake and draws attention. Rather, JML installs speakers designed for music that deliver a richness and enhance what you listen to rather than dominate it. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience working with JML - they truly know what they are doing. We researched quite a bit before going to them, and they were the only ones able to work on a Tesla. This shows that they are constantly learning about new technologies and are industry leaders in car enhancements. They are not inexpensive by any means, but in the end, you get what you pay for. Like most of JML's customers, I'm sure we'll be going back to them in the future.

Schaefer Auto Center Fenton did a superb job in every aspect of our repair. Natalie is an exceptional communicator and kept us abreast of goings on during the almost 4 week's our Solara was there. I had minor damage to my 2014 Sonata. Schaefer Autobody did a fantastic job fixing her up and the detail team was AMAZING. I can't believe how great my car looks--almost better than when I bought it! They even got a couple of minor scratches out somehow through the detail process (that were not part of the original damage). I've been involved in quite a few collisions, and dealt with quite a few body shops. But I've never had the experience that I had with Schaefer in Fenton. They are the most polite, professional body shop that I've ever known. The staff in the office (Natalie and Brittany) kept me up to date every step of the way. I was told it wouldn't start, it got rained on, then it would start but it had a blown head gasket, and I am now told it needs $20,000 worth of repairs? The same vehicle that I drove there and dropped off without issue is now totaled. Terrible customer service and shady business. I asked what was done to the vehicle while it was there because it ran perfect when I dropped it off, and nobody can give me any answer. I have repeatedly called and been told I would receive a call back from the service manager Danny and he never calls. I will be taking this up with BBB and small claims court I guess. Obviously I will advise everyone to avoid these guys at all costs.

His goal is to get you out your upside down loan by any means necessary. Your car has to make it to the lot and your car has to be registered. You give him your car vin number, mileage and payout amount of your vehicle and fill out a quick credit application and he will go to work. He stays in communication while you're at home which is a plus and once he gets your lender you speed out there to get out the nightmare you call a car (well don't speed :) Once there all staff is friendly, accommodating and patient.
