I went to the dealer and had a brake installation done a couple of weeks ago. The brakes are squeaky and loud. I took it in to have adjustments i.e. air blow brakes for dust and debris and lube. The dealer advisor wrote up that I needed new rear brakes and rotors totaling over $700. I spoke with my advisor Joe and indicated to him that I had an independent inspection performed on my vehicle that indicated that I was well in the green on my brakes and rotors. I had a complete rotor replacement done last year. Joe assured me that he would get to the bottom of this and asked me to bring my vehicle by today, which I agreed to. I was eagerly hoping for a resolution to this issue. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted warmly until I spoke to the service manager, Don. That's when I was met with agitation and low-key hostility. Upon an inspection by their service manager, he concluded that the brakes and rotors were in good working condition. No one has taken responsibility for the dishonesty. Yet everyone was offended that I sought out a second opinion. Then they told me I have a valve cover leaking by way of visual inspection. They did not use the dex dye test to confirm where the leak was coming from. The final charge on that would be over 500, and that might not even be where it's leaking at. So now the dealership is charging hundreds of dollars for guesswork instead of running GM certified tests. I spoke with General Manager Darric, whom I might add, also told me to bring my complaints directly to him. I feel that he basically did not wish to investigate the issue, and/or rolled with the deceit. Yet basically had the nerve to tell me my business was no longer welcome at the dealership and that his crew felt uncomfortable working with me. I guess that's how you handle pushing off your responsibility to blatantly cheat a customer. I feel that the dealership has an ethical problem in their service department. I have brought a previous concern to Darric when the service department first informed me that my rear brakes were "grinding into my rotors". Attempting to charge people for work that does not need to be completed and misdiagnosis of problems is not what I would expect to encounter at any reputable dealer. I was fortunate to catch their lie before losing over $1200. My solid recommendation is not to do business here. You are better off doing business with people who respect your business and your time.

They would go to dobbs or another chain because it's well known but I saw this place had a 5 star rating and I was like okay let's give it a go. I did my research for the type of tires I should get. Earlier this winter I was sliding over ice and was convinced I needed to get an SUV until everyone around me said no I just need new tires lol So I found all weather tires and even opted for something highly rated that's more expensive but popular because it gave me peace of mind to know they were a solid choice. The men who I interacted with were so nice and educated me. I made an appt online and then they called me because they could get me in earlier (which I was so grateful for!!) I did have a prior appt and they said I could swing by whenever and they would finish before close so I could come by to pick it up. Knock on wood it's been great so far! Should be good for the next 6 years. I'll probably have a new car by then but hoping I won't have any trouble! I did opt for the warranty so shouldn't be any $$ with their no questions asked policy so again, great peace of mind.

So they shipped, same day to Lake STL, and was cheaper than anywhere else. I came back 3 hours later and they installed the 4 tires in about 30 minutes. They cleaned/shined the tires. Ran an alignment test. -I did not need an alignment. -My old place always charged me. Place is really clean and friendly. Aiden, my sales guy, was awesome!! Super friendly and found me discounts. I'll be back with my other vehicles! Freddy's is next door. You can eat ice cream and watch them install your tires in 30 minutes. It's perfect!

They told me they were locating a used one and found one in Kentucky. Called and said vehicle was repaired and ready. Wasn't until a while later I realized they had only JB Welded the corner back onto intake and not replaced it. No issues or check engine lights so I let it be. Fast forward two years and I have an oil leak on back valve cover. I went in to get an estimate and told them, by the way, when you did the repair two years ago and YOUR employee dropped and broke it you didn't replace the intake like you said. The estimate was $973 and I said I'll do it myself. When I removed the intake the corner piece was separated from the intake. ( I JB didn't last) I took it to the shop and showed them and said all I should do is grind off old JB Weld and reapply some. I said can't you do it for me since YOUR mechanic broke it. Again, they said all I had to really do was clean it up and put some more JB on it. Once again, I said well I think you should do it since you broke it and he said well it would be a week or two because I have mechanics on vacation and etc. etc.. I just shook my head and walked out. I will never give this place anymore business and I will spread the word to all my friends and family. I advise anyone else to do the same!
