I was thinking that the call would be to give me a counter offer and keep my business at Baltic insurance, but all I got was Vaz yelling "you wasted my time". I have never seen such an unprofessional behavior from an insurance agency. Rather than call the customer to gain it back, she called me and complained that she had to do work (isn't that what she's paid to do?). When I remarked that I was losing more than $1,000 per year because of their higher premium, she remarked that I still wasted her time. I would not go to this agency if you have a choice.

Hello, folks, when you submit a claim, you learn just exactly what your insurance is really worth. Years of payments but when I sought to collect for storm damage, I learned that insurance adjustors hold the purse strings. I got nickel and dimed and had to submit all sorts of proof that I had paid for the work, as if I might have absconded with the funds. The payment was based on a low-ball estimate to begin with. I think if you have a genuine claim, you should receive a check for the amount of the claim. Period. CERTUSE Adjustment gets a very negative review from me!
