I sent a note to Scott Livingston, and right after I sent the note to Scott, Ruth called right away explaining changes at Safety. - Victor Witham: I worked with Victor on rental car, and other additional details, and Victor was always very responsive. I know that others on the Google reviews have not been as positive. I am giving 5 stars because when I started to run into issues, everyone noted on this note helped me very professionally. They initially claimed I had to wait weeks for a police report, even though I obtained it myself the very next day.I had to personally submit the photos, video evidence, and police reports just to get the ball rolling because they claimed they had nothing on file. Then, my case was transferred. The new adjuster was dismissive, rude, and incredibly hard to reach. To make matters worse, they breached privacy by sending me confusing, mixed-up communications containing other people's names, claims, and financial fund destinations. I said, I pay you, I have a note that says I hit your car with a name and number. After some back and forth, i was put through to file my claim with them. The following day, I called, ask to speak to the owner, his name is Josh, atleast that is the name they gave me. As I sit and write this review of them, I have not heard from Josh. I cannot fathom that my own insurance company told me to go through another insurance company. I will also be writing to Safety Insurace, about my ordeal at Ironside. I'm taking my 4k worth of policies and going else where. Imagine, my own insurance company telling me to claim elsewhere........what a waste of paying them for years.
