Im also a health care worker and I've seen lots of unprofessional Dr in my life but he is the worst!! the first time he was very nice but the 2nd time he was very rude and unprofessional that day when I got to the office first the receptionist told me that I didn't have a appointment when I did but she was nice about it and told me that she can squeeze me in if I wanted it to stay, I said yes because I was waiting for this appointment for 3 months. When I got call back the room the Dr. was rushing he told me what I need and I took his opinion and told him ok I was trying to explain him how Ive being doing and he didn't want it hear anything that I had to say, I also try to explain myself in a different way because maybe my he was not understanding what I was trying to say but surely enough I realize that he was just being rude even call me a difficult patient only because I was trying to explain myself. the way he was talking to me was so bad that I got so sad that I stared even to tear down. he even told me that I was telling him how to treat his patients and That he's being doing this for more then 11 years. I was getting mistreated verbally when I was trying to explain myself. Im writing the review because I'm sure I was not the first of the last person that he has done it too. The burden is on you to do everything (e.g., check insurance coverage with referrals, fax medical records, update their office listings in insurer's directories), so I wouldn't trust physicians who don't check for quality in the staff they hire to do nothing to attract and retain patients except make their lives miserable simply because they can get away with it. I'll take family's health and business elsewhere. Someone who treats patients this poorly can't possibly reflect well for the physicians caring about someone's health if they let this pass for customer care. I don't even want to imagine the potential nightmare of dealing with staff who have no sensitivity for dealing with seniors and their complications.

After I told him none of the shots helped with the pain he started saying how he refuses to prescribe medication even though I didn't ask for it. The way he spoke to me made me feel he was inplying I was there only for medication wehn I wasnt. I received surgery and multipke procedures there ans Im still in pain due to the lack of empathy.
