Unethical and Predatory Practices I visited his office for…read morewhat was a simple sinus infection. Dr. Tandon did not take the time to listen to my symptoms. Instead, he immediately attempted to perform an endoscopy without my consent and billed me over $1,000 for it. This was entirely unnecessary for a routine sinus infection. They also invoiced for 45-minute visit when it literally took 5 minutes I left the appointment with no prescription, just a book recommendation on Amazon. When I later messaged the office about worsening symptoms (yellow/brown mucus), I was told I had to schedule another visit--less than a week after my first appointment. Only after I said I would have raised the issue with my insurance did Dr. Tandon call me later in the day, saying he could not prescribe an antibiotic without a CT scan but he would have done an exception For reference, I ultimately resolved my infection with a $6 antibiotic prescribed elsewhere.

When Dr Tandon came in, he got right to business and asked me about my symptoms as well as discuss what I've been feeling lately. He makes eye contact and is very forward in his approach. This is a doctor who LISTENS and actually shows care. He's efficient and talks with you as he performs anything so nothng comes as a surprise. Book an appointment with him today. Kopec, MD Would Squarely Land Given Her Treatment Of Me and Others I Know. There were virtually no decent dermatologists in Bayonne, NJ. when I first sought care. My 1st. office visit with Dr. Anna Kopec was in 1990. A friend and colleague of mine was seeing her. She was my treating dermatologist for many years. I found Dr. Anna Kopec's demeanor to be rather off-putting. She seemed to be terminally virtually ill-tempered. She never smiled and was borderline nasty. She always seemed like she was playing what I would term "Beat-The-Clock" -- always treating you with one foot out the door, she would race to get as many patients in and out as possible. I overlooked her ill nature and behavior for many ears, but in the latter years, she grew nastier and became abusive in her behavior. It was then I decided to terminate her as my treating dermatologist. I now knew why my friend and former colleague, a former patient of Dr. Kopec, told me 20 years prior that she "she could not stand Dr. Kopec".
