I'm then told that they now ONLY see pets BY APPOINTMENT. which is fine. So, I then ask WHY the clinic is CLOSED at 5:30 when the ans machine says open till 7pm. I'm told "oh they have all different hours". (nothing set in stone) ‍ THEN I'm told "IF THERE ARE NO APPOINTMENTS they just "GO HOME"!! "They went home at 4p". WTF?! THAT is UNACCEPTABLE. HOW THE F*** do you just close the doors if there's no appointments by 3 or 4pm?? So, if a dog gets sick after 3 or 4 & they don't have any later appointments, u can't MAKE an appointment 'cause they f***ing CLOSED?!!! A few minutes later I get a call that my dog crashed and she was doing cpr on her. My dog died, without me! My employee who is 21 yo took on a geriatric dog for a friend. For a year he card for and loved this dog who also had cancer. I mean how could they screw up putting a dog down, right? So I call...they answer...I ask what the charge is for euthanasia and that I have a dog who is suffering. PURCHASE Bordetella Booster Shot ($76.00): More commonly known as the medicine to prevent "kennel cough", it was time for Rasputin's 6-month injection. Although I couldn't recall how much we paid for this shot/booster after we first got him, the price seemed affordable and fair. And, I didn't notice any side effects after he received the booster - yay! SERVICE The appointment was easily made over the phone. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a lovely female receptionist, and minutes later a male vet appeared and walked Rasputin to the back. Before we knew it, both male vet and Rasputin were back, they provided Raspy with a treat, a quick payment was made, and off we went. Thanks for taking care of our "little black beast"!
