Middlesex Office:…read more Why are you letting patients wait in waiting room for 45- 50 minutes without even acknowledging them? Not even who are you? Why are you taking patients that arrived after "ME" before me? What are the companies standards or lack of training, for 3 office personnel, 1 receptionist, 1 PA (supposedly) and one girl that was preoccupied getting patients name right and promising to get it right the next time. All ignoring a patient "ME" for almost an hour sitting the waiting room.... Why did I get bombarded with texts asking if I am coming and to check in. What is value if I get ignored once in office. I had a appointment with Dr. Sweety today and sat in a cold waiting room for 50 minutes while patients that came in after me were called to the back. I was on time for appointment, 2 patients checked in before me. I thought I was the 3rd patient. No one else in waiting room. We were all interrupted by phone call with supposedly an allegorist (false alarm...) about the 4 year old a little overweight needing to come into office for shot training. I had to go in back patient holding area to find someone to help me and the 3 office personnel determined I was already seen and was told to that I was next and sit in waiting room they closed the door behind me. Tired from wait and cold, just miserable knowing I wouldn't get the care I came there for. I told the 3 personnel huddled in the patient holding area that I was leaving.... They asked if I wanted to reschedule???? Really.... Is it that the company are hiring the wrong people or are they are not investing in training them to represent the company.... Let them ask employee(s) to come on their own time and wait almost an hour to get trained.

I had the opportunity to speak with the Manager, Chloe today, to resolve a question that I had. She was very helpful, friendly and patient. The front desk associates are also excellent. The office runs on time which is great for everyone who is busy! I will continue to come back!

I came in hoping for a clear…read moreexplanation and guidance, but instead I got vague answers and comments that felt reductive and quite upsetting. The dermatologist kept focusing on whether the issue was "noticeable" or not, as if my only concern was cosmetic, when I was actually there because I wanted real answers about what was going on with my body. She also brushed it off as possibly being an allergy, without giving me much reason or explanation, and then suggested I stop using Burt's Bees because of the fragrance.... that advice felt like an afterthought rather than a thorough evaluation. What bothered me most was the way she spoke to me... trying to appeal to vanity instead of actually listening. I never said I cared about what it looked like; I wanted clarity and to feel taken seriously. I walked out with no reassurance, no useful plan, and honestly more confused than when I walked in. I even had asked if we could test the spot and swab for more information and she dismissed the idea saying that it was just an irritated hair. If you're looking for a dermatologist who really listens, validates your concerns, and digs deeper instead of brushing things off, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I could not say whether Dr. Sheryl Clark is a good doctor following just one visit. But, what I…read morecan say with certainty, is that she is a terrible businesswoman. Dr. Clark managed to take what was virtually a bookkeeping error following a 10 minute appointment and turn it into two years of aggravation during which she made the worst business choices and behaved as badly as she possibly she could have and directed her staff to do the same. This culminated in my having to sue her in small claims court. I just received a check from Sheryl Clark in full settlement of my claim. If the doctor had just owned up to the mistakes made by her office and herself over the past two years, it wouldn't have had to come to this. Even if she were a capable doctor, I could hardly call her a decent human being. Would you believe the doctor actually tried to get me to sign a non-disclosure agreement just to avoid having me write a post like this. It would serve the doctor well to remember that New York is a city with an abundance of dermatologists - some of whom actually behave with integrity and treat their patients with respect. Put her name in the column marked "Not worth the trouble."

Her team of assistants and receptionist are super friendly, and make an effort to know your name and learn more about you. She offers great in office treatments but is not overly pushy.
