During our session, she paid close attention to detail, she explained the reason for each treatment and I left feeling glowy and confident. The response: 20% off. I couldn't help but notice that their policy charges customers 50% for canceling without 24 hours' notice, but apparently when they cancel last-minute, my time is worth far less.
