How does that happen! Hopefully, the owner will acknowledge their mistake and resolve it.....after spending almost $5,000 there this month! The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

I refer to the Advance Auto Parts store on 600 Barnes Blvd. On the evening of 8 March 2024, I discovered that one of my tires had been punctured. The manager and his assistant, Kevon (unsure of spelling) assisted me in examining the problem, suggested a tow service, and a tire service. They allowed me to park my car in the handicap space overnight (I have a handicap tag), this way I would not damage the wheel by driving on a flat tire. Later, Kevon informed me he was off the clock and gave me a lift so that I would not be stranded overnight. This was not a service provided by Advance Auto Parts and was purely the judgment call of the employee. This generosity should be rewarded. We switched to texting, and within 30 minutes, he confirmed my tire size and arranged to meet me at the Melbourne Porsche dealership (where a trucking company had dropped me off). Less than an hour later, he arrived and had me back on the road in just 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and professional. My only regret is not having my original tire repaired--it was newer and in better shape, but that's on me! The $250 fee felt totally fair given the urgency and convenience. The next day, I reached out to see if I could get my old tire back. He was incredibly helpful and even sourced the same tire within three days. I ended up finding one locally for a bit less, but I truly appreciated the effort. If I ever have another roadside emergency, I know exactly who to call. I set up an appointment and brought the vehicle in. True to his word, and without any empty promises, I received a straightforward advisement on what needed to be done and what the best way to go about it was. Inside I was helped by Max and Harrison as well, we are very personable and contributed to a great environment. The inside of the place was clean and spacious, and I watched an episode of friends while I waited. There's also a vending machine with snacks available inside plenty of places to walk around if you don't feel like sitting in a comfortable chair. I believe strongly in putting your money where your mouth is, so I will undoubtedly be bringing another vehicle here in the near future for the same service. Switching tires to a new wheels should not have taken over 2 hours. What is the point of making appointments? I can't leave and stuck here and no one give me update unless I ask. Customer service is bad and my time spent at this shop I can't get back. Switching tires and resolved the issue was over an hour after they say" it should be done here soon". If making appointments is to be convenient for customers, then this is NOT convenient at all. It's only switching tires to a new wheels. It's not like they are working in my engines. 2 weeks ago I bought tires (4)from them, it took the whole day to put new tires on (8am-5pm). But I gave it another tried since I had bought tires here. But same customer get treated like no one's time is meaningful. I am upset. Because no one spoke to me about any updates until I ask an hour half later. Still not done and going on 3 hours now.
