These guys use local, high quality ingredients, which is paired with an homage to old country cooking techniques. The menu is small, but packed with goodies and the occasional special. +Roast Beef - ($10) Smoked Mayo, Pickles, Crispy Onions, Butter and Microgreens. I don't even remember the last time I ordered a Roast Beef Sandwich. This brought me back to my childhood, though the flavors executed were above and beyond your average sandwich. The star of the show is the Millabrød bread, which was hearty and crisp. Everything paired nicely together and you won't leave hungry! The [assumed] owners were so nice and friendly. Plus, the meal was a match made in heaven with Cellar West's delicious beer! I highly suggest tracking down Grey Duck Eats or giving them a shot when you see them pop up at a local brewery in Longmont or Boulder.

They have some unique concoctions for their sandwiches and offer a lot of variety especially for those with dietary restrictions. I've tried a bunch of their menu items but sometimes just a simple turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwich on French bread does the trick. Really nice people working there and this location is quaint, but lovely. I especially love their little herb garden box out front greeting you with a refreshing aroma as you walk through the door. Pearl Street can not be clogged with trucks and the local businesses who have set up on the Mall at exorbitant rental rates need to have a fair chance to survive. But there is a lot of potential in the business parks and other locations the city is considering. The food from this truck might convince the powers that be! The thing that makes this truck easy to access and not just a random encounter is the incredibly detailed schedule and location calendar on their website. There was a simple dessert crepe for $7. They have several drinks available, all good choices with french food, several flavored Pelllegrino varieties, Perrier, and Mexican Coke. The most popular item being ordered by people in line today was the Croque Madame, a pretty big meal for a lunch for me, but I will find the truck on a day when I am super hungry and give it a try.
