Its loaded with snacks, chips, canned drinks for purchase as well as Mexican food made fresh to order. (Tasty too!) Their prices are great and def the most affordable of all the food trucks I've come across in Boulder. I also love that they usually stay parked in one area for 4+ hours, so you don't miss them. The fish was incredibly fresh and the temaki rolls were huge! Got super lucky and they had fresh Toro on the menu, so I had to get 2 Toro temaki an done scallop temaki. Both rolls were made fresh and as I said above, the fish and scallop was super fresh tasting. With 3 rolls, I was incredibly stuffed afterward. Only criticism I have is I wish the nori was more crisp and the rice was better cooked, but for the price and the fact that this was all made in a food truck, I have no complaint.
