The fish was incredibly fresh and the temaki rolls were huge! Got super lucky and they had fresh Toro on the menu, so I had to get 2 Toro temaki an done scallop temaki. Both rolls were made fresh and as I said above, the fish and scallop was super fresh tasting. With 3 rolls, I was incredibly stuffed afterward. Only criticism I have is I wish the nori was more crisp and the rice was better cooked, but for the price and the fact that this was all made in a food truck, I have no complaint.
