I told the young boy and he was very polite about it took it back to the kitchen, but then a few seconds later just brought the same tacos out. I told him I didn't want the same food and wanted it fresh, that might be dramatic for most but for me with an immune disorder i can't risk it. As the neighborhood party planner, I can attest that Mark was super responsive to all communications. He checked in prior to the event to ensure that our neighbors with food sensitivities were going to have what they required. And, the day of the event was easy to work with. He brought his crew (his adult daughter) to assist. She was delightful:-) 5/5 stars for sure!
