Very tasty pizza and salad and onagiri. Nice outdoor patio seating area as well. Kind of in a hidden location.

I'm so glad I got to try Dry Storage at the Boulder farmers market near Pearl Street. I got this apricot danish and it was so so good. The pastry was super flaky, the custard was light and not too sweet, the apricot filling wasn't too overwhelming, and the apricots on top were so sweet and fresh. It also looked beautiful, I love how they added the flowers

A tucked away cafe underneath an apartment complex. It's cozy inside and has a lot of natural light. They charge 1% of your order total for zero foodprint which I didn't really know what that meant. There was also a 5% service fee that was more about what it covered (insurance costs and livable wages). Apple pecan swirl ($6.50) - super crispy and flakey. There was some apple crumble inside. The pastry wasn't too sweet. Croissant Sando - the sausage and egg tamago was very good. There was gochujang so it felt like a fusion of Japanese and Korean. The latte ($4.50) was a decent latte.

I am always looking for a good baguette, which is SOOO difficult in Boulder!! I was disappointed so many times after reading the good reviews on Yelp. I finally found one - Babette's in Longmont. I used to get a couple of baguette every week. But change in my schedule and the distance made it impossible. Now I found this place. It was hard to determine how good their baguette was without photos of sliced baguette. One day, finally tried their baguettes. They had the good consistency inside and out. But we are not the big fans of sourdough. It was just a bit too sour. But what an interesting menu! Onigiri and Japanese breakfast! But the onigiri gu is nothing common in Japan. If I had more open mind, I would have tried it. But it so so easy to make at home. We will stay with the baguette!

Located off Arapahoe, in the Peloton neighborhood, Dry Storage is a great spot for lunch or breakfast The place is not very big, with just a few tables inside and outside, but each time I visited, they seemed to do a lot of takeout, and there was plenty of room for eating on-site. Service is friendly and the food delicious!

Great cafe! The drinks were good especially the matcha latte! The chai is sweetened so if you don't like sugar in your drink that's something to know. They had a special of vegetarian biscuits and gravy. It was really delicious! I love how everything is scratch made here. We went in the afternoon before closing, they were sold out of everything in the pastry counter. Service was quick and they have nice indoor and outdoor seating. Would highly recommend

So nice and relaxing but very small inside, just a few tables. What attracted me was their Japanese inspired menu items including their matcha latte, which was great! It wasn't too sweet and they only have oat milk as a non-dairy alternative which is fine but would have liked almond milk. It did come with a cute latte art, which I was not expecting. It wasn't too busy on a Saturday morning but they did have steadily flow of customers coming and going. It was a bit hard to find because it's "hidden" in a residential/commercial plaza and the signs were not very obvious. I tried their cheese pizza since it was literally the only savory item they had plus it was the last piece. I asked if that was the last piece and the cashier said yes. It fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the crust made of sourdough. It taste even better when it's heated. What disappointed me was after eating my pizza they brought out a new batch of pizza, which the cashier did not tell me even though I asked. I would have liked fresh made pizza rather than them trying to sell me the last pizza for who knows how long it's been sitting there. I also didn't see any of kimchi pizza which they posted on their website. I also bought a croissant muffin which is a bit deceiving because there is literally just a small amount of cream on top. Other than that, it was nothing special and I would not order that again. I was told by the staff that their Farmers Market booth would have more choices and speciality pastries but when we got there they only had sweet pastries. They were not leftover either since they had stacks for pastries. I'd probably go back when I'm in the mood for good sourdough pizza.

Dry Storage, Dry Storage, Dry Storage... You saved my day & the weekend! Stopped into this cuuuute (yes, all the extra u's are needed) boutique of a coffee & bakery shop for bread, then walked out with their seasonal pizza and pear espresso tonic! YUM A ROO - to all decisions made. As advised, I heated up the pizza on a sheet pan when I got home. It came out crispy n' chewy. I kept craving more and more bites! The loaf of bread, a classic sourdough number, was a huge hit with friends and family! A "this is the best sourdough" may have been thrown around once or twice. ;) The pear tonic (while a little pricey) was an instant hit to me, myself and my need for a refreshing caffeinated beverage! Would I order again? Yes. Finally, the service at Dry Storage was kind, patient and friendly. It was my first time in so I was sort of a deer in head lights -- unsure what direction to go with my order. You know. The guys never made me feel rushed and answered all my questions about their products! Really appreciated that. If I'm ever rolling by again... it'll be hard to not stop in and pick up some more baked goodies!

Wow! As both a baker and half Asian who sometimes dearly misses being able to have an Asian, savory breakfast here in Boulder, I feel like I just hit the jackpot. Great range of artisan flours, available in bulk 50lb sizes as well. Wonderful food (from pastries to excellent congee) and drink menu (from coffee, tea to sale and wine). A new, somewhat hidden gem in Boulder!

    Kimchi and onigiri

Great ambiance. Sat outside in the shade with a view of the flatirons. The iced matcha with lavender was perfect my balanced and refreshing. The egg salad onigiri and mushroom onigiri were both great! Very nice staff!

    Stupid tiny coffee

Bad experience. Overpriced coffee, nowhere to sit and no outlets. Do better. $4.50 for a tiny coffee?

Super cute cafe! There are not many asian spots in boulder so I was pleasantly surprised when I found this one! The japanese inspiration in their food is awesome. They of the better matchas i have had in the area. Seems like they have a bunch of freshly baked pastries and breads. m Can't wait to try more! Great ambiance too!

Smoked trout onigiri, fish board, cheese pizza, and espresso

We were recommended this spot from a friend for coffee and a bite to eat. I had an espresso and it's not usually my go to, because sometimes it can be hit or miss at some cafes. It was surprisingly delicious, they have it dialed in. We also tried the smoked trout onigiri, fish board, and pizza by the slice. I loved the fish board. The bread was delicious and the salted butter was amazing. Would love to come to back here and try a sandwich. Staff was friendly and there was a lot of seating indoor and outside. Lots of cute items in the merchandise area like tinned fish and smoked salts. I loved it.

Where is it? Do they not even have a sign? I drove by twice and couldn't see it. Waste of my time.

It's part of the residential complex. From Arapahoe you have to turn north on 38th then left onto exposition, immediate left into the complex, then left again into the parking lot. You'll see it to your right from there. The sign is pretty small.… Read more
