Was doing good here till my last visit ...they are cutting back on the size and toppings from my experience. Think I will have to go somewhere else ... restraint business is tough .,sometimes you only get one chance to screw up and we wont go back. .Think the buns are smaller too. Stop it ! read more

We stopped here on Christmas Eve and were so impressed with the joyfulness of the employees, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food was very good. despite the bad reviews of the past, it looks like they've turned around their staffing issues. read more

Ordered 2 salads and 2 soups. One was French Onion. Got to the hotel and opened the French Onion. No cheese or croutons. Called and asked why no cheese or croutons? Well, they said " you have to ask for it." French Onion soup with no cheese or croutons?! It's the definition of the soup! They insisted that a person has TO ASK FOR IT. Even though the description on their menu does not say you have to ASK for it. Done with this particular Shlotskys . read more

I love Schlotzskys but the past two times I've gone to this location my order has been wrong. The first time I ordered the Pick two with a sandwich and soup. Got home to realize the sandwich was missing. Called 7 times and nobody answered the phone so I drove up there and the staff was all hanging around while the phone rang. Today I went and ordered a family size potato soup and got home and the soup was old and straight liquid, no potatoes. So I drove back up there and she gave me a new one stating that was the last of the bowl and this was fresh. If she knew that was the end of the pot and nasty why serve it? Lastly, the soup was supposed to come with bacon, cheese, and green onions. I asked for no onion, and received only cheese. No bacon. read more

I love Schlotzsky's... At least the one in Tyler. I was so excited when I spotted this one in Canton. I was starving, went through the drive-through, I was the only car in line, ordered an original with turkey. Drove home, opened the bag and my order was wrong. It was an original without turkey and without napkins and the bread was so stale I could hardly bite through it because it was so hard. I was really shocked. I expected so much better. I will give them another try because hey, I love Schlotzsky's, but next time I won't drive off without checking my order and taking a bite! read more

Horrible horrible place. I order a sandwich asked for Turkey only they gave me one with ham salami turkey. I took it home discovered it and took it back . I asked again for a sandwich with turkey only. They remade the sandwich with turkey and salami. My mistake that i didn't check the sandwich before i left. Who would dream that they would make the sandwich wrong again . there's just a bunch of kids running the establishment too bad its giving Schlotzky's a bad name. read more

I order a small original to-go as I cackle because the cashier just apologized to three people in a row that there was only one big cinnamon roll left from this morning and she couldn't make any more because she wasn't allowed to leave the front. The restaurant is at about 30% capacity. The employees are running around in an apologetic panic. It took 20 (sorry, 19) minutes for my order to come out. What in the world? I pulled out my receipt to see what time I placed an order and a table behind me started laughing because they did the same thing. I think Schlotsky's may have over-diversified their menu and the employees are scrambling to make all of the crazy crap simultaneously for inside and drive thru. Why didn't I just stop at Dairy Palace instead? read more
