The catering manager stopped by my office and dropped off a pamphlet and business card a few weeks ago. I decided to give them a try for lunch today for my team. I ordered last night online for delivery today. The driver arrived right on time and brought everything in. He didn't set anything up but all the items were there. This was the only negative. I ordered a box of sandwiches, chips and cookies/brownies. The sandwich was good, I had half chicken, half turkey and they were a good size cut in half. The bun was not my favorite due to the seeds on it. The chips were good, salt and vinegar. We selected a variety of chips like jalapeno, plain and sour cream and onion. The sugar cookie was really good and large. It was nice a soft but sweet enough. The best surprise was the strawberry chicken salad. It had nice sized pieces of chicken, pecans, cheese chunks and two pieces of garlic toast. I used a blue cheese dressing instead of the vinaigrette that came with it. This really made the salad flavors come out. I will use them again as they are very close to the office and deliver. read more

I did a catering order before the store opened and it was still past 20 minutes late. When I arrived they had no idea and said it wasn't on the system and that I had the wrong location. I had to go inside and show them the email and then they had barely started on it. This has to be the worst location ever because every other one I have been to has been amazing. I wish I could give negative stars. read more

Needs better employees Was calling for 5 mins before anyone came. When the guy with the dreads and underwear exposed came out, he looked like he could careless about the job. This review is based on my drive-thru service. It was a very pleasant voice on the other end, and patient. I needed time to look over the menu, as I looked, I saw pizza, and flat bread pizza. I did not see salads, maybe I over looked it. Or maybe they do not sell salads. I do know the guacamole they use comes prepacked. I order a Traditional sandwich. It was mediocre, and not enough meat. They also sell the mall type of cinnamon buns. Which was the main attraction for me stopping by. I caught anxiety when these words came out of her mouth "We are out", slow mode... I will return just to see if they actually taste, and look the same as the Mall's. read more

The food was really gross. Not sure if it was the gross fatty meat, the greasy bread, or the over salted "au ju" but the food was not good. Not to mention there was barely any meat in there; nothing like the pictured food. What a waste of $15. read more

Ok, I normally like coming to this place I've been here several times but I stopped coming because my work schedule changed . So today I decided to come in . I placed my order set there for a good 30 minutes before I realize where is my order went to the front counter they NEVER made my order stating that they got my order confused with someone else's and I had to wait another 15 minutes which means I am late going back to lunch . I ordered the 2 slider combo (Aloha Brisket) with baked chips and a Med drink. The sliders taste pretty good. I was just disappointed in the size of my sliders. They weren't the same size and I felt they lacked in the amount of me that's displayed. It could just be me though. I also ordered 2 chocolate chip cookies and they were really good, nice and soft. Just be aware of drink sizes. I ordered a medium and it's a 32oz. The wait at the drive through was long and I was the only car in line. So that's the main reason I was disappointed with the perpetration of my sliders, it took all that time for what I got. The workers here can't seem to read order notes, pack orders correctly and don't even double check what is or isn't in the bag. I ordered lunch and today is the third time I've been charged for ordered items that weren't in the bag. It's really annoying- open up your eyes and do your job! read more

Great place for sandwiches & soups. I eat here occasionally for lunch and I've yet to be disappointed. The "Tuscan" is a great sandwich, as well as the Tomato Basil soup. Service is excellent and courteous. read more

This place is in a very convenience place, I order a turkey sandwich and a soup. They came fairly quick and the sandwich was very nice. The soup was cold. I went to the cashier to ask if they can warm up my soup, they took it in and they brought it back, cold again. I didn't bother to ask again, but they should pay attention to that. read more

Customer sucks at this location...rude, rude, rude!!! I was told when I called to place my order that they would come out to the car to collect my money and bring my food, once I got there I was told I had to go through the drive through, It took about 20 mins to go through. When I got to the window and asked why i was told that they would come out the girl said "we don't do that", but I was told that when I placed my order...not even an I'm sorry they made a mistake no nothing. But when I pressed for an apology (rather hoped for one) and some respect I was told you have to give respect in order to get it!!! Really!!! I'm over this location. I typically have a good experience with Schlotzsky's but this location can't seem to get it right. The first time I went, I ordered soup to go and when I got back to work, I realized that I had no crackers. Okay, no big deal. The second time, I went through drive thru and ordered a soup and sandwich, they forgot to give me a whole spoon. Had to eat my soup with a fork. This last time, I ordered a salad and soup and everything's just trash. My soup has lumps in it (a first) and they forgot the dressing for my salad not to mention that the bread is usually served warmed and I got a cold slice. I ordered from DoorDash, wanted to try something new.. got the brisket mac n cheese and it was AWFUL. Very watery sauce and they barely put any brisket on the top. I guess it doesn't matter though that they skimp out on the meat, cause it's completely flavorless anyway. I wouldn't eat here again. read more

I love schlotzkys and just started coming to this location on my lunch break. The food is good when they get it right but the first time I came here they forgot my chips. I thought, no big deal they were busy, whatever. Then I came back a second time and asked for wheat bread and she repeated it back at least twice that I wanted wheat bread, got a pretzel roll and one of the greasiest sandwiches of my life. On top of that, my tomato soup had the consistency of gritty diarrhea and my pickle was smushed and tasted as if I were eating it out of someone's butthole.
