I always see this place but I've never actually eaten here. Today I gave it a go. love a good French dip however this was not it. Very little dip, was not enough to finish. 1st bite I thought it tasted Burt the more I ate the burnt taste was there. 2 issue was there was very little meat this sandwich was 9$ not worth it. I got a potato soup as well. 1st bite I liked it but the more I ate the more watered down and less flavor it had. Honestly for the price I'd expect more. So unacceptable!!! First I roll up to the drive through menu and all I hear is glass breaking underneath my tires. So I decide to go inside to order instead. But when I inform the woman working the counter about the broken glass the response I get is " ohhhh" But I know that every morning before an establishment opens they are supposed to walk their establishments perimeter. But that's not it. So as I'm currently waiting for my order I decided to write this review because the woman working behind the counter pulls her phone out from her bra does not wash her hands and proceeds to had people their food and drinks. Literally the worst schlotkzys I've ever been to. I ordered a medium original sandwich entree only with no veggies or sauces. I repeated it several times to the young girl working the drive thru repeatedly saying "meat, bread, and cheese ONLY". The first sandwich she gives me had lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, etc. I reverse back into the drive thru line and then repeat again no lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions, mustard, or mayo. Just MEAT, CHEESE, AND BREAD. She then hands me another sandwich, I pull out of the drive thru and check it and it has olives, mustard, and mayo...‍ Then the owner Mike was unable to refund the order back on to my card so he had to give me cash back. I love Schlotzsky's and live in Pasadena but I wasted my entire lunch break here and still ended up empty handed. The owners reasoning was that she just started and that's understandable but it hurts your business. Instead of trying to make things right the owner was unapologetic and just shrugged and gave me my money back. Poor business skills. Maybe with time comes knowledge. read more

First time at this location and I have mixed feelings. I do love the food (I get the original sandwich and jalapeño chips!), and this location was solid there. However I was a bit disappointed by the service. I came in when there was no one else in there with a group of 8. They somehow lost the order of the first friend who ordered and after all of us waited and finally got our food he still had none. Finally they did get his receipt and put his order in again, but no one apologized for the delay or anything and he had ordered first because he needed to leave early. It was just weird as really not ideal. But the food was good, the place was clean and other than that, it was a decent lunch. read more

I have high blood pressure and this meal wasn't doing me right. I got a salad and looks like someone spilled salt by accident in my salad. This is the worst schlotzkeys I've ever been to and I've been to this one multiple times trying to give it another chance but they never get my order correct and they always take a really long time. At least 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and 9/10 times the workers have attitudes. read more

Went there for lunch and walked right out. I asked the cashier on duty "do you guys not greet people here?" After standing there for about 5 minutes His response was "no ones ever really done it" while never even once looking at me. I said well it's apart of quality customer service! Wow. I don't think I've ever had to leave a review like this but I was treated so badly and so upset, I had to write this. I'm hoping that corporate or management will make some changes so this never happens to anyone else. Stopped here to get a salad... it's convenient to our medical office and I was hungry and in a hurry. There was one person in the drive-thru in front of me at 2pm- it took forever for anyone to assist her - the wait was unreal when the establishment was not busy at all. I finally pulled up to order after about 10 min. The clerk's speaker was on the whole time that she was assisting the customer at the window, I guess she didn't realize this, so after listening to the whole transaction with the previous customer, I finally asked if anyone was there, all I heard was background noise from her headset, then a rude, "HOLD ON!" I said, "excuse me?" She said, "I told you to HOLD ON!" I said, "really? I've been waiting and waiting and can't understand you. Your headset speaker has been on the whole time What is the name of your manager?" Well then, she started mocking me over the speaker! How insulting and unprofessional- I was shocked- I work in sales and customer service myself and I would NEVER speak to a client, or treat anyone like this... I proceeded to back out of the drive-thru and parked to go inside- I asked the girl, "where is your manager?" She pointed him out and I proceeded to tell him about the long wait time in the drive-thru, with ONE customer waiting in line ahead of me, the speaker being on the whole time the clerk is assisting the customer before me and also the rude mocking of me asking for the manager... she said, "I told you to HOLD ON four times!" I said, "your headset and loud speaker were on the WHOLE time, I couldn't understand if you were talking to me or the customer at the window... so maybe you should watch what you say publicly to patrons and learn how to properly use the headset." She STILL wanted to argue with me in front of the manager! He apologized- an "I'm sorry" with a blank stare- that's it- I walked out. All I wanted was simple chicken salad! Easy. Should have been in and out in less than 10 min since salads are prepackaged...I ended up going to Wendy's down the street- who happened to have a similar salad and they had great customer service and SUPER NICE PEOPLE! read more

Very rude at the drive thru. Had to drive to the window for them to even take my order. When ordering a kids meal I tried to get apple juice or milk like it says they have on their menu and was told no we don't have those we only offer fountain drinks. I hardly ever see cars here anymore and I guess I know why now. Not sure how they're still in business. read more

The person at the register seemed too busy to bother with my order and she barely spoke to me. She was more interested in unpacking a box. Once I got home my receipt said I ordered an original, it that wasn't what I got. It was some sort of chicken sandwich with avocado. We love Schloyzsky's. We eat here often. It's on our rotation and on our way home. Seriously they make a GREAT sour dough bread. We have never been disappointed. Absolutely love it. Employees have always been nice, service great and the place is always clean. Many good times here. Enjoy! read more

Really great sandwiches, customer service is great, i order a turkey bacon club every time I come. It's really good, they get busy sometimes around 12pm. This location is really close to my job so I just walk there and order my sandwich. They have it done within minutes and I leave as a happy customer every time, overall great place. read more

If you want to pay $4.50 for bread then you should come here. The sandwich had one slice of meat on it and our original sandwich had maybe one olive and when u get extra meat it is only one slice. I have enjoyed Schlotkzys for many years but not anymore. Recently I went through the drive-thru unfortunately the person trying to take my order could not speak or understand English. He told me to drive up and he would take my order. My purpose in ordering at the drive-thru is to give them a heads up in cooking or assembling I left. I have no issues if people have an issue with the English language but I repeated at least three times that is too much. My grandmother immigrated from a different country in the early 1900's English was a must not an option! Please if you are living in this country learn the language!!! read more

Always a problem when you have a coupon.....why they put a guy on the register that can't figure out what to do with a coupon, I don't know. I am not a fast food person, and this happens to be on the way to my client's so I stop usually once a month. This time, I pulled up to the window. Hello. Hello. Nothing. I wonder if they may have shut down. I pull up to the window. There, I see two young females workers with headsets on talking to a young guy at the counter. I was the only person in line at noon. Not sure why it would take two workers to handle his order/complaint/socializing? So, you missed me at the speaker...now is your time to at least acknowledge me. This is how you are paid and how this business stays alive. I feel bad for the management and worse for the owner. Your money is going to waste. No one cares to even take an order when they are already super slow as it is. I drove off frustrated right next door to Chick fa la, which I never go to...but let me tell you, they were on point. I usually love Scholtzky's but the service at this location was terrible. The guy took my order and stepped out to smoke a black and mild right by the front door. I ordered a sandwich combo (no mayo no tomoto), a pick two (soup and half a cheese pizza) and a pepperoni pizza. I got a sandwich with mayo and tomato both, no chips, no drinks, soup and a half pepperoni pizza. We had to explain a couple of times what was wrong with the order, but they eventually brought us the other half of the pepperoni pizza and half cheese pizza and drinks. I have tried all their pizzas, several of their sandwiches, and their french onion soup. It is the soup that will keep me from ever going back. I was served just the broth and onions. They left off the cheese and croutons. I complained to the corporate office, who sent my complaint to the local manager, and I never heard from the local manager.
