Do not go to this location! The Hispanic male that works the drive thru is rude a very inconsiderate. He did not make my sandwich properly. After I got home and then drove back up there, he informed me that it was my fault. At no time did he even apologize for his mistake. This is not the only time I have had issues with this young man. I went because it was close to the hospital my friend was having surgery. I ordered the deluxe original and said put everything on it but didn't know they would put mustard on it. I enter a pretty much empty location. I began to order my food and the cashier takes a phone call as I am standing there giving my order. I was in total disbelief that this was occurring right in my face. I say out loud "Excuse Me" and she had the nerve to say hold on. I told her what she did was rude and her response was " She can't miss taking orders". It was four other people in the workplace. I went at 12:30 on a Wednesday and the restaurant was EMPTY. When I went to the register to place my order, things started to fall into place as to why. The cashier appeared to be high on drugs (as others here have mentioned). He stumbled through my order (I had to correct him three times...and all I was ordering was a small original sandwich) and just kind of stared off into space in a daze. When I paid, he forgot to give me my change and seemed completely lost when I brought it up. I decided to let it go -- it was only 60 cents due to me. He stumbled off after taking my order and never gave me my cup. I had to reach over the counter to get it. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and encountered two employees "fooling around"...wow just wow... Someone in a hoodie (no uniform) delivered my food to me...the chips were wrong but the sandwich was right. Now I know why this place was empty in the middle of the lunch service time.... There is sometimes a wait at the window. But the most recent time I went I pulled up to the screen to order and I waited 5 mins before anyone even came on the intercom. As for commercial sandwiches this one is yummy. Having made it this long going to Jimmy Johns and Subway, I would have to say this was better in taste compared to both. Very disappointed with corporate. I came last week and got the turkey reuben sandwich. I came this week to order the same thing and was told they no longer sell the turkey reuben..only the pastrami reuben. Whatever you do, don't get the vegetable soup! Their definition of vegetables are: corn, celery, chopped up little onions (that are so small they get caught in your throat), strands of something (I don't think it was the celery!), green something...parsley maybe??? A friend of mine went there last week to get me some soup, and they didn't have this one chicken soup that I wanted, so he got me three things of vegetable soup, and I never ate two of them. The first one, I had to mix with a can of Campbell's Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup (which is much cheaper and tastes better).
