I love Schlotzskys, and I was so excited to see one close since they aren't around where I live. Unfortunately this store was a total let down. Not a single thing was right in the order. We ordered two meals (admittedly it was on door dash)- but both sandwiches were soggy and cold. Both were missing the pickle spears. Probably the fault of delivery time on the sogginess, But disappointing all the same. The salads were both wrong. Missing ingredients and the wrong dressing on one, the entirely wrong salad for the other. And both drinks were entirely missing. I did receive a partial refund for the missing items, but still felt what I received was not worth what I paid for even after that. On the rare occasions I go to Schlotzsky's, it's usually their good ol' original sandwich that draws me in. These days I'm all about the deals and saving money. Wednesdays are Buy One Get One free (BOGO) pizza day. A good deal especially if you eat on it over a few days or freeze some for later. Each pizza comes with 6 slices. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Schlotzsky's pizza is really good. The dough, the fresh toppings, the cheesiness. All on point. I've had the pizza twice. Ordered via mobile app and picked up in the drive thru. Both times the food was fresh out of the oven and the customer service swift, courteous and professional. Shout out to the hardworking young man in the drive thru line! During my last visit he seemed to be there alone. If so kudos to him for also making me some delicious pizzas, that I'm still eating on days later and that still tastes just as good. read more

They used to have a 2 for 1 special on pizza, apparently its now upgraded to an additional drink to avail the offer. Got a to- go order of pizza. That makes me realize I never once did a dine in here. Their base for the pizza feels somehow lighter than a regular pizza, and though the vegetables they offer is limited, it tastes great and I always ask for less cheese on it. Also, I remember getting red chilli flakes earlier but I did not see it this time, hmm inflation ?! That didn't really matter as I always have a stock at home. I also got myself a brownie. It was melt- in-your-mouth divine. Absolutely yummy I could not stop myself until I wiped it clean, completely ignoring the little 'don't eat all those calories at one go' voice. I could see myself being Joey if someone else had ordered this dessert for the table and left it unattended for even a minute ;) Ha... This will definitely be on my radar for my next screw-up! I started schlotzsky's a long time ago for their rye sandwiches, of which I soon became fan. Now, its sandwich, pizza and the brownie! (Unfortunately not all branches carry rye bread anymore.) I usually have a good experience here and always order a chicken calzone but sometimes the people in the drive thru don't know what they have on their own menu. Schlotzsky's train your employees better and with a better attitude. Not helpful at all instead mimic me and talk to me like I'm dumb. I took my money elsewhere thanks. read more

i paid a coworker to pick up a cinnamon roll for me and she brought it back to my office. i opened the package and began to dig into the bowl the cinnamon roll was hard and cold but i really wanted a sweet treat so i continued to eat it . while i was moving the fork around to see if there were any soft pieces i noticed a little friend was in my cinnamon roll. he had actually been eating my cinnamon roll before me. i'm just assuming because he is stuck in the icing. so yeah not good at all. waste of a sweet treat. #saddays read more

Not the Schlotzky's pre-Covid where the sandwiches tasted so good and they were loaded with piles of meats, I had the original and it's had a ton of mustard and red onions, it was very messy and was just bland. Fast service, tasty sandwich, came out fresh and hot with melty cheese. I usually get the same thing; the Albuquerque Turkey sandwich medium size on that delicious jalapeño bread. A medium size sandwich is pretty filling for a nice lunch. I also ordered a mini cinnamon roll which was good but a little pricey for a mini. I should have just gotten a full size roll. Overall I love that sandwich and I will continue to frequent this location. read more

Stopped in around 2pm on a Tuesday. Only one other couple inside so it was really quiet. We order a deluxe original and a chicken avocado Cobb salad. Our order was delivered shortly and they were great. Both the sandwich and the salad were perfectly made and yummy. So glad we stopped here. If I could give a 0 I would, Tina the "Manager" rolled her eyes at us, yelled, and cussed at us, all because we had sat down with our small dog (5lbs) inside with a stroller. We had originally brought the dog with us and were gonna sit outside for my birthday since this has been one of my favorite sub shops and I have been going there for years. After we had already sat down and only one other couple was in there we heard Tina yell at her employees about our dog and then look at us, we had been at the register and nothing was said about the dog being in there so we just sat down since it was empty besides one other couple sitting far away from us. Shortly after she screamed in the kitchen to the employee about our dog and from across the restaurant we could hear her so I told her its okay and we will go outside, after going back in I said she should be more polite about it which prompted Tina the "Manager" to say WHAT I CANT HEAR SHIT YOUR SAYING. I then rudely said a comment back and walked out, once my fiancée went back in to discuss this issue with her, Tina said I WASNT "F**cking" TALKING to you and to call corporate cause she didn't give a f**k, my fiancée then said a rude comment back and we left. I came here because it's the closest Cinnabon to us and was craving it so badly. I'm not sure if these are made fresh but it sure doesn't taste like it. We ordered the "middle parts of a Cinnabon roll" and it seems like old pieces of Cinnabon that were leftover from old Cinnabon rolls that they just cut up and re-glazed and heated. Probably wouldn't come back here to order cinnabon again and just make the drive up all the way to galleria or first colony mall. On the other hand, we have not tried anything from Schlotzsky's but it smelled really good in there and the menu seemed appetizing. Will come back to review their foods! read more

Schlotzsky's is a natural deli chain that serves an assortment of sandwiches, flatbreads, mac and cheese, and a couple more dishes. I went with the pick 2 combo and had a half sandwich and half mac and cheese. They're known for their bread which is sourdough bread that's toasted so it's nice and crispy. It's a lot of bread but they do it well. The mac and cheese, on the other hand, was some of the worst I've had in a while so I'd recommend sticking with a sandwich. You order at the counter and they bring your food out to you. This location is relatively new so the interior is modern and clean. Not a bad spot for a quick meal if you're in the mood for a sammich. read more

I don't normally write reviews...I just mind my business. However, my recent experience was so horrible that I needed to tell someone. I arrived at schlotzsky's at around 6:30; they don't close until 9. I tried to enter the store as I normally do and the doors were locked so I went through the driveway. The driveway doesn't display the menu in its entirety, so I had issues about some items; chips specifically. When I asked the worker what flavors they had he said "damn bro" what's your problem. I'm a female and no one's bro.... I told him don't address me that way and he said "what you want". I ordered because I wanted to know who I was speaking to. To my dismay it was a man with half a face....literally one side of his face was missing. I asked why he's so rude and he yelled at me. So disrespectful and rude I couldn't believe it. I walked into the store and was greeted by a server who I later learned name was Tina.. I ordered the original sandwich on jalapeno bread with jalapenos.. I then asked Tina if she would wipe off one of the tables because they were all dirty. She rolled her eyes at me but did so I thanked her and then she brought out the first sandwich... The bread was stale and it wasn't jalapeno bread that I ordered, the salami meat was burned. I mean black!!!!. And the ham was cold.. I went to ask another lady if this was in fact halepreno bread and she said yes, So I decided to go ahead and just eat the dang thing.. sat down and the more I ate the more disappointed I was because the ham was cold.. One of the best things about schlotzsky's is it's hot.. So went back to the counter and this time spoke to Tina again and before I could get out what I wanted to say she said I wasn't welcome there and all I've been doing is complaining since I walked into the door.. I then got my phone out and started recording and asked her what her name was and she changed her tune and went and made my sandwich and the second sandwich had the wrong bread on it, same stale yucky bread as before and the meat was burned again.. I have a feeling this girl who said her name was Tina is not a manager and if she is that's a sad day that this world is come to workers in ​establishments feel that they can treat paying customers that way... The service at this place is horrible! I do not recommend visiting the Schlotzsky's they are slow, rude, and abrupt. They have no type of curbside pick up everything is only through the drive-through and you sit and wait forever. If you have a coupon it takes a rocket science to figure it out so that you can use it. I love Schlotzsky's sandwiches, pizzas and salads but I will not visit this location. read more

Not impressed AT ALL! I knew we should have stuck to subway. Half the price for twice the flavour. A few days ago my husband and I got the following from their drive through: The chicken tuscan: salty flavorless mess. At least the avo was fresh. The cheesy beef: bland and gross. Honestly tasted like 3 day old McDonald's with squeeze it cheese chopped stale burgermeat. Shrimply Mac and cheese: I should have known better. But i was craving. The shrimp seriously looked and tasted like it died 3 deaths. I liked the texture of the pasta but the cheese sauce was dreadful. My toddler can eat Mac and cheese for 3 meals 7 days a week. Even he couldnt get with this Mac and cheese. Really quite gross. The saving grace here was the service at the drive through and the wonderful and soft choco chip cookie. Final grade: D I will make it a point to juat avoid this disaster. read more

I have never been a fan of Schlotzsky's sandwich because I don't' like their bread, but I do eat there from time to time because my husband absolutely loves their sandwiches. A few days ago hubby and I passed by the 9121 Broadway location for a quick bite to eat, and OMG, I finally liked it. They toasted the bread the way it should be toasted, it was crunchy not spongy! I realized if the shop makes it the right way, it is really delicious! Kudos to this restaurant, they made it right! read more

Hadn't had their pizzas in a while so ordered a chicken something or other pizza. It wasn't as good as I remembered.... or the memory of their flatbread (much better) overshadowed the pizza. I've always been a HUGE Schlotzsky's fan and their recipes and menus have only gotten better over the years. I usually go with old faithful "The Original" but on this visit tried the Southwestern Chicken Salad. Although it was big enough to split between two people, I didn't! It's a mix of field greens, cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, black beans, corn and diced tomatoes. It's topped with grilled chicken and of course tortilla strips. This is by far one of the best salads you can get in a drive thru and I would suggest trying them all. I also ordered the Tuscan sandwich which included roasted turkey breast, pepper jack cheese, Roma tomato, spring greens mix, bacon, cilantro and topped with fresh avocado. It was served on a Italian ciabatta roll which I expected to be hard as a rock but was actually moist. A must try! read more

I guess I'm coming here during the messy staff hours, as the tables are ALWAYS dirty with crumbs around 2-3. Service is good though you have to be sure they repeat the order back clearly if you don't want mayo/onions/etc on your sandwich. I like the original and the rueben is okay. The original bread is really good, the other varieties are meh, especially the dark rye/pumpernickel. Pretty expensive for just a sandwich, so sign up for their email list to get specials. The kid's meal is a good deal with small sandwich, drink & cookie around $4, which I get my teens (shhhhh!). The salt & vinegar chips are to die for, especially as I don't really like chips. Self serve drinks are nice, the flavored teas (Fuze?) are said to be good. There's a Cinnabon inside as well, if you're into that. read more

I'm a fan of Schlotzsky's but haven't been to one in about a year. I finally visited this location on my lunch break at work yesterday. The restaurant was clean and the staff was super friendly. Even though I hadn't been in a while I new exactly what I wanted, a angus roast beef and cheese on a jalapeño cheese bun and a bowl of broccoli and cheese soup. The sandwich is compiled of angus beef, cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, pickles, red onions, lettuce, tomatoes, mayonnaise and dressing on a toasted bun. ( I opt out of the mayo) It was delicious and flavorful and my soup tasted wonderful as well. I really do like the bread that the use for the buns. The fact that they make it in house is even better. Give this location a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

I love Schlotzsky's, its one of my favorite fast food spots. Unfortunately, there aren't that many locations in the city so it seems like I always have to go way out of my way to get my hands on some yum-yum. LOL This location is closest to me in mileage; its about 10 miles from my home. It takes about 20-25 minutes to get here due to the ALWAYS busy 518/Broadway. But its worth it when you get a sourdough craving. I love this location. Its always clean, they're quick, they have good customer service, and the female owner is very hands-on. She gets right in the kitchen and helps out on orders with a quickness. She even remembers my order by heart and the last time I visited (although I don't come but maybe 2-3x month.) Good, consistent food and good customer service in this type of environment can be rare, but this location definitely brings it! read more
