I think the guy helping us might have been new, but honestly, this might have been my last time going. I'm not sure I can look past what happened. It was hard for him to even take the order. He couldn't hear the people in front of us or anything we were saying. We had to repeat ourselves more than once. That part is fine, not really his fault. I finally get my cheesesteak order in, and while that's cooking, they start making my husband's sandwich. The guy is wearing gloves, which is good, but then he stops and adjusts his hat without changing them. Then he goes right back to making the sandwich. At this point, he has mayo and toppings on his hat from the gloves, and now he's using those same gloves to keep working. While I'm watching all this, I miss them wrapping up my sub. But it turns out they didn't add any of the toppings I asked for. The girl rolls her eyes, tears the sub open, and has the same guy start adding the toppings. Still using the same dirty gloves he touched his hat with. Maybe that doesn't seem like a big deal to some people, but to me, it's just gross.

My constructive feedback for this restaurant is the need for quality consistency. Sometimes the sandwich is better than other times, but is overall generally good.

Free Throw was their take on a supreme. It had the meats plus some veggies to brighten up that bite a little bit. Carnivore was a meat lovers type of pizza. There may be a thing of too much meat as it was a little on the dry side. A little more sauce would have gone a long way with that one. Asian Persuasion was one of my favorites of the night. Think of pho on a pizza. It had a gochujang base with beef, onions and fresh jalapenos. It was different in a good way. Lastly, we got the Buffalo Chicken pizza. It was another favorite of the night. It had some heat and the buffalo sauce did not overpower the pizza. One thing I also love about their pizza is that they season their crust with this wonderful green concoction of I don't know what, but it works. We didn't stray from pizza on this trip, but Center Court has lots of other options as well. They have calzones, pastas, burgers, sandwiches, salads and desserts. Two of my all time favorite things they serve is their pepperoni rolls and their wings. Their wings are some of my favorite in the whole city. I have yet to go to a Center Court that has let me down. I will definitely be returning here if in the area.
