I have Aetna Dental Access and they are the first dentist that has quoted the rates on their fee schedule from Aetna. I was so happy about this. Other dental offices think because they are specialists they have a different rate but it is always the fee schedule that is found under their dentist's name on the Aetna website. In fact, I have a billing issue out from Aetna to credit me for being overcharged by a specialist.

He is patient and explains things very well. He is caring and considerate when working on my teeth. I've had checkups, cleaning, crowns, a dental implant and a bridge done there. They have an emergency number if you have a problem over the weekend or when they are closed. They aren't afraid to refer you for care if you need something they don't do. Hillside Dental is not one of these dental practices. Everything about this practice is topnotch. From the comfortable reception area, friendly reception/office staff and the dentist and his team. Not once did I feel pressured into anything, and all of the recommendations have been excellent. Dental fillings were painless here and the rooms have a nice atrium type view of plants and a fountain. They also provided a free thermal bag with some goodies inside, and a nice card on my first visit. It's kind of like the treasure chest for adults. A few needles in the gums but nothing too bad. I am having the 4 front crowns in my mouth on the top of my mouuth replaced. It's long overdue.. They are 35 years old.....and it's time. I will have a brand new smile They have been wonderful and what started out as a toothache has ended very well. I appreciate their attention to detail. As those of us that have a bottom…read moredenture know it is almost impossible to eat most foods if they are not soft as the denture slides around no matter how much glue we used.I talked to my local dentist here in Sierra Vista and he had me meet with Dr Deeb for two lower implants that hold the bottom denture in. Dr Deeb changed my life for the better when he implanted the two post for the denture. I am able to go out with others and have a meal without the embarrassment of the denture moving or adding more glue. There is cost and time involved in this but it has been well worth it. Dr Deeb comes to Sierra Vista and works with my local dentist Dr Smith and I could not be happier. Get you life back and have this done by a professional Larry

Despite numerous requests, Dr. Deeb kept the discount. The staff was the opposite of helpful and treated me as not understanding basic bookkeeping. Very distasteful experience.
