They have several varieties of trees ranging from 8' to 2' tall. (Some even bigger) They have trees with the root ball attached that you can transplant to your own yard. But it's not just the great selection of trees, the gift shop, the snack bar and the more than reasonable prices, it's the warm, family atmosphere that we find so refreshing. The entire family and everyone that works there are so pleasant, friendly, and work very hard to make your holiday amazing. Every year we drive past 3 or 4 different tree farms to visit Chery Grove. And every year Brian greets us with a smile, asks how we've been, fills us in on the trees and we're off to find this seasons tree. I Packed it up for a return expecting them to say no, but to my shock they were extremely apologetic. Overflowing with customers, the lady I spoke to asked one of the guys to help; he carried the old one from the car, apologized, walked around with me looking for the new one, and carried it over to the wrapping/drilling area. I was home and back in just under an hour; even on one of their busiest days and with a 45 minute total drive time. The crack was fresh, possibly happening when it was drilled, but one of the workers said they were finding quite a few with cracks So check your tree trunks. Thank you to all the workers that were so incredibly kind and understanding. We will be back next year.

The item she was offering for sale included the ability to make an offer (see their other listings) lower than the asking price, which I did & explained why I did so. She could have just declined the offer politely. But nope, better to ignore. All I can say was that Lauren was rude, unprofessional & unfriendly. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but I don't deserve to be the object of her wrath. Shame on you Lauren. I was just trying to work a deal with you. I wasn't rude or disrespectful. No need to get offended or short with a potential customer. She has since removed the ability to make an offer because I pointed out to her that her listing allowed me to do so. Again all Lauren had to do was politely decline the offer. So sad. Lauren, you need better customer service & communication skills. Please take my advice & get some.
