Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, we asked a young man for help and he gave us so much information on tree types and what the differences are. All the staff were really great, which added to the magic. While we did not partake, it was lovely in the barn where you could make your own wreaths, there was a station for writing letters to Santa, and hot chocolate. Our tree looks fantastic two weeks later, we will absolutely be returning to Gunpowder Tree Farm next year!

Hundreds of beautiful trees located over rolling hills. Many different types along with the usual- he even has an awesome Citrus-scented species! Trees of all sizes (including 14'). The owner was very personable and treated us as if we were his only customers despite having multiple families hunting for their perfect tree. I was on crutches due to surgery and he provided personalized "UBER" services with his Gator so I could participate with my family. Had a large campfire to sit around, small cabin filled with a large selection of homemade holiday decorations. Will definitely be a regular place for us to continue our family tradition! Just use caution crossing the street that divides the farm.

Their website prices do NOT match the real prices They claimed to give out of free hot chocolate, then once you took it they said "actually it's $5" $5 for hot chocolate??? Also our tree was $170!! That is an insane price Almost double the market price of other tree farms. Also their hay ride has no hay and also takes far too long to return because they only have one running. Unlike other tree farms, they do no wrap the tree to your car and instead make you do it yourself. Seriously? After $170 I have do do everything myself too? My family had a good time and fun experience but please save your money and time and visit a different tree farm.

I really just found out about this place and went a little to late, we ended up getting a pre cut tree. Still really nice. Did I mention it's pet friendly?! Big difference between a pine valley tree and a pre-cut tree from a lot.
