Usually the sets are 19 pieces (around $100) but the owner touted that theirs was 21. So we purchased 2 sets at $125. each and when we got a closer look at the pieces at home (in the store they were up high on a shelf), the "extra" two pieces were clearly NOT part of the set. The proportions were off - one was larger than the original set and the other a bit smaller. Also, one pice included a dog with the figure and the other had a drum - neither of which would be found in a scene about the nativity. While the original set was in fairly good condition, I resent the poor business practice of deceiving a customer like that to make a few extra dollars and would never return or recommend this store.
