The job was extremely simple, involved only 7 screws, and took me about 40 minutes to complete. While I expect to pay a premium for repair service, the quoted price of $780 was out of line. It appears that their business model favors the sale of new systems over repair. If you're looking to buy a new system I think they would be a good choice, but if you are interested in receiving a reasonable estimate for repairing your existing system, I suggest you look elsewhere....or at least get a second opinion from another HVAC repair company.

One knocked plaster off an inside wall from hammering on the outside. They slapped on some plaster to "Fix" it but it still looks bad. Replaced some recessed ceiling lights but one is still crooked and has a 1/2" open gap on one side. Had them do the recommended oil change a year later. Took 15 minutes and 1 qt of oil. Charged me $250.00. They labled the new box but the handwriting is so bad, nobody can read any of it. They left the old inlet sticking out of the roof.
